Turn 14 Distribution as a source can be completely managed using Flxpoint integrations. We support all the functionalities for Turn 14 Distribution.

This testing phase allows you to ensure that all configurations and workflows function as expected. Turn 14 Distribution requires that you complete this step successfully before they grant you production access, ensuring that your live environment is error-free and fully optimized.

 

How to connect      

Here's a guide for to integrate Turn 14 as a source in Flxpoint:

  • Log onto turn14.com: You can navigate to Settings > Click on API. Click on the "Docs" header on the right-hand side. You'll need the client ID and client secret
  • Access Flxpoint: Log in to your account and navigate to the "Sources" section
  • Add Turn 14 as a Source: Click "Add Source" and select "Turn 14" from the list, then name it, select the type
  • Enter API Credentials: Input the API key, secret, and any other required information provided by Turn 14
  • Map and Sync: Map Turn 14’s product categories and set up real-time inventory synchronization
  • Test in Sandbox: Place a test order in the Sandbox environment. Contact Turn 14 to confirm the test before switching to production
  • Activate Production: Once confirmed, enable the Production environment to start processing live orders

Create a rule

You can create this rule

 Navigate to settings → Mapping Utilities → Mapping Rules → Search Turn 14 → Select Get Inventory [Primary]       
→ Create the rule above and Save      

 

 

Import step after Rule is Created      

You must attach the rule to the mapping template you use for your Turn 14 Get Inventory [Primary] integration

Navigate to the mapping template → Scrolling down to the custom fields → changing the Custom Field 1 Name to "LTL Required" → Set the Custom Field 1 Value to False → Click Rules on the right side to activate the drop-down → Click View All Rules      
→ Add the LTL Required rule → Scroll up to the top of the template and click Save
