Overview

We support importing orders from Axis and syncing shipment information back. We also support posting orders to Axis and sending Axis shipment information for those orders via the Accounting integrations

How To Connect

This connection will connect via Axis's API.

You need to fill out your 

• Connection Name
• Password
• Username
• Subdomain

Important:

• Digital items are not supported
• When pulling in orders to Flxpoint we do not pull in the payment status of the order
• We do not send an acknowledgement once the orders are downloaded

Sync Orders

Important:

• Flxpoint can only sync with fully shipped orders

Accounting Operations

Important:

• After setting up the accounting rules above
  • All orders from the selected channels are tested against the list of selected sources
  • If they belong to one of the sources the shipment is sent all others are ignored
• Flxpoint does not receive any acknowledgements
• Flxpoint can only sync with completed orders
