Dropship Fulfillment Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for adding and managing inventory, shipment details, and purchase order notifications in the Vendor Portal. Visual examples are recommended to clarify steps and settings.
Adding Inventory
Managing inventory is crucial for accurate stock tracking and order fulfillment. The portal supports bulk uploads for efficient inventory management.
Steps:
- Log in to the Vendor Portal.

Go to Inventory Upload.

Download the template for uploading inventory.

Fill in the spreadsheet with product data:
- Ensure all columns and headers remain intact.
- Leave cells blank if data for certain fields is unavailable (e.g., dimensions, EAN).

Upload your file by selecting it and clicking Update Inventory.
- Let the import process run.
Tip: If the upload fails, you will be notified along with the reasons for failure.
Updating Inventory
Quick updates ensure stock levels remain accurate without re-uploading all data.
Quick Update Steps:
- Follow the same steps as Adding Inventory.

Use the same template but update only the quantity field as needed.
Tip: Always double-check data formatting before uploading updates.
Adding Shipment Information
Efficient shipment management ensures smooth order processing. Vendors can choose to update orders individually or in bulk.
Option 1: Update Orders Individually
- Log in to the Vendor Portal.

Go to the Purchase Orders tab.
- Click to open the order.

Select Add Shipment.
- Enter the shipment details and click Save.
Option 2: Bulk Upload via CSV
- Log in to the Vendor Portal.
- Navigate to Shipment Upload.
- Download the template for shipments.

Fill in shipment details:
- Do not delete headers or columns.
- Leave cells blank for missing data.
- Upload your file and select Update your Shipments.

Let the import process run.
Tip: If the upload fails, you will be notified along with the reasons for failure.
Setting Up PO/Order Notifications
Stay informed about orders and fulfillment status with automated notifications.
Steps:

Enter the email addresses for receiving notifications:
- Separate multiple addresses with commas.
- Enable the notifications toggle.
- Click Update to save changes.
