Product Operations
The primary operation handles the bulk of your TDSynnex (no Etilize) inventory management needs, while the secondary operation allows for more targeted updates (like focusing on specific SKUs or partial feeds).
Get Inventory (Primary)
Yes, TDSynnex (US/CA) Primary Inventory is supported!
This primary feed handles bulk updates from TDSynnex, including quantity and pricing. Simply choose the country (US or CA), provide your credentials, and pick any warehouses to sum their quantities.
- TDSynnex does not provide images in its feed, so Images are not supported.
- Multiple warehouses are supported; we’ll sum quantities from each selected warehouse.
Get Inventory (Secondary)
Yes, the Secondary feed is also supported for TDSynnex!
This secondary operation lets you run more targeted or incremental updates, focusing on particular SKUs or smaller batches.
- Uses the same TDSynnex endpoints as primary but can be scheduled separately.
- No images are provided by TDSynnex.
Order Operations
These operations send orders to TDSynnex and retrieve fulfillment data, ensuring a full integration with your order processing.
Send Fulfillment Requests
Yes, TDSynnex supports sending orders (Fulfillment Requests) for US or CA.
Provide your TDSynnex credentials, choose your region, and the orders are transmitted directly to TDSynnex. TDSynnex returns an acknowledgment (like a PO#) if successful.
- Ensure you have separate or shared credentials for sending orders
- Watch for rate limits or “null response” to catch authentication issues
Troubleshooting
- If you see “null response” or “authentication error,” confirm your TDSynnex credentials and test again.
- Watch for rate-limit errors if requests are too frequent.
- IP Whitelisting: TDSynnex often requires whitelisting Flxpoint’s IP addresses for your specific account. Contact TDSynnex to confirm your IP addresses have been added.
- Shipping Fields in Mapping: The default Send FR template doesn’t include all shipping fields. Make sure you manually add them if your shipments need those details.
Get Shipments
Yes, TDSynnex can return shipping info (carrier, tracking) once orders ship.
TDSynnex supports partial shipments with multiple tracking numbers. If you need extra fields (e.g. SerialNo), map them to Custom Fields.
Get Invoices
Yes, TDSynnex can provide invoice data (taxes, freight, line costs).
You can fetch invoices by referencing the Fulfillment Request number (FR#). TDSynnex returns any final cost details once the invoice is posted.
