Only select the second option if you would like to delete all existing values and only have the uploaded values in your list. Once cleared, previous list values cannot be retrieved.

Filters & Views

When utilizing filters and creating custom views, you have three options to select from:

  • Created On Date
  • Tags
  • Value

Other parameters are not supported.

Example Workflows & Rules

#1. Delisting Banned Brands

  • If you decide to stop selling specific brands, you can utilize the list tool to delist all items listed under the specific brands. This rule can be set at the Global and Channel-Specific levels.

#2. No Longer Importing Specific Brands from Source

  • If you decide to stop selling specific brands, you can create a rule to prevent the brand from being imported into Flxpoint during a source's Get Inventory Primary job.
  • This rule can be set as a Post-Mapping Workflow Rules in the Get Inventory Primary settings for a specific source.
  • If you would like this rule to apply to all sources, you will need to re-create the rule on each source.

#3. Additional Shipping Cost Based on SKU

  • If you have oversized products, you may want to add additional shipping cost to the oversized products while leaving the non-oversized items at the original shipping cost.
  • To accomplish this, you could create a list featuring the SKUs of the oversized products.
  • Then a rule can be set as a Post-Mapping Workflow Rules in the Get Inventory Primary settings for a specific source.
  • If you would like this rule to apply to all sources, you will need to re-create the rule on each source.

#4. MAP Enforcement for Specific UPCs

  • Perhaps your suppliers have become upset due to pricing falling below MAP, and they have given you a specific list of UPCs affected.
  • One way you could hand this is by creating a list with the affected UPCs.
  • Then a rule can be set at the Global Pricing / Quantity level to set the Default List Price to MAP if the Default List Price is lower than MAP.
