Overview
Integrating Magento as a Source will allow you to automate your fulfillment operations through our pre-built API connection.
Step 1: Connect an Integration

How To Connect
- Integration Type: Magento API
- Connection Requirements: Connection Name, Access Token, & Store URL
Locating the Magento Access Token To locate the Access Token
navigate to Magento's Store Admin. Select Stores Settings Configurations Services OAuth Access Token
Generating a New Magento Access Token
To generate a Magento Access Token, navigate to Magento's Store Admin. Select System Integrations Add New Integration in the top right. In the API tab, select ALL in the dropdown menu for Resource Access and click Save. Next, Activate the integration and the Access Token will be generated.
Connection Details
- Product Type: Supports standard and variant products
- Custom Attributes: Custom attributes can be imported by adding the attributes in the Config with the name format shown below:
Product Operations
Get Inventory [Primary]
SUPPORTED
Retrieves product data, pricing, and quantity via the product/variant API.
- Manufacturer Code: Set manufacturer / brand attribute code. If left blank, the system will default to the manufacturer.
- UPC Code: Set UPC attribute code. If left blank, the system will default to the UPC.
- Image URL: Prepend image url. [REQUIRED]
Get Inventory [Secondary]
NOT SUPPORTED
Inventory data is included with product data
Order Operations
Send Fulfillment Requests
SUPPORTED
This process will submit fulfillment requests via Magento API.
- Store ID: Magento's Store ID number
- Send During Business Hours: If selected, fulfillment requests will only be sent during standard business hours.
- Hold for X Hours: Allows you to hold the fulfillment request for a set number of hours. Doing so will provide you time to review orders before the fulfillment request is sent. The fulfillment request will automatically be sent at the end of the set hours.
Get Shipments
SUPPORTED
Get Shipments will retrieve shipments for submitted purchase orders when they become available via Magento API.
Get Source Invoices
NOT SUPPORTED
Get Source Invoices allows Flxpoint to generate efficient accountability for the processed fulfillment requests. With the complete set of information shared Flxpoint i.e. delivery charges, dropshipping fee and etc. This will leverage to generate report to show true profits.
