How To Connect

You need to fill out your 

• Connection Name
• Customer Number
• Username
• Password
• Source : Use your Sports South account number

Important

• Weight and Dimensions cannot be pulled in
• Variations cannot be mapped
• Workflows need to be created to create title/description

Only retrieves product pricing and quantity

Order Operations

Send Fulfillment Requests

Important

• Fulfillment Request numbers are sent as customer Purchase Order number
• Only the state code is accepted in the shipping address
• We send item SKU's with orders

Supported Shipping Methods

Get Shipments

Important

• Partial shipping is not supported
• SKU can be mapped when receiving shipment

Get Fulfillment Request Acknowledgements

SUPPORTED

Important

• Sports South is extremely touching with fulfillment and follow a fill or kill method
  • If an item cannot be fulfilled it will be cancelled
• Single Acknowledgement is supported
• SKU can be mapped for item association 

Get Invoices

• Tax and fee are available to see in the invoice 
• SKU can be mapped for item association
