Billing & Payments

 

Only the Primary User and Admins on the account can access billing management.

Overview

Flxpoint partners with Stripe to handle account billing. You may access Billing Management to view your current plan, usage plans, billing date, billing history, and more. 

Usage Limits

  • Orders:
    • Any order that contains a managed SKU is counted towards your usage
  • SKUs: 
    • Usage is taken from either the Source Inventory or Channel Listings count (whichever is higher)
    • The SKU count is taken at the end of the billing cycle
  • Source Connectors:
    • Any source, including those that connect via file, API, Flxpoint API, EDI, and the Vendor Portal
  • Channel Connectors:
    • Any channel, including those that connect via file, API, Flxpoint API, and EDI
  • Users:
    • Any user outside of the Flxpoint Support login

Accessing Account Billing

New Accounts

To manage your account billing:

  • Click the round icon in the top right of the screen containing your initials
  • Click Billing
  • Click Add Payment Method
  • In a new tab, you will be redirected to the Manage Flxpoint Billing portion of Stripe billing.

Existing Accounts

To manage your account billing:

  • Click the round icon in the top right of the screen containing your initials
  • Click Billing
  • Click Billing Details
  • In a new tab, you will be redirected to the Manage Flxpoint Billing portion of Stripe billing.

 From this screen, you can view your current Flxpoint plan type along with your plan renewal date.

 


Payment Methods

The Flxpoint Billing Portal gives you the ability to update your current payment method. To update your payment card, follow the steps below:

  • Click Add Payment Method
  • Enter payment details
  • Select Use as Default Payment Method
  • Click Add

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • US bank Accounts for ACH payments
  • Major credit cards
  • Stripe Link

Once a new payment method has been added, you can delete the former payment method by clicking X to the right of the former payment method.


Payment Invoice History

Your entire payment invoice history is available to view and download in an PDF invoice or PDF receipt format. By default, your three most recent transactions will be displayed.

To see older transactions, click View More.

Once you have the located the desired transaction, click on the square fly-out button to the right of the transaction date to open a new invoice tab as shown below.
