The Right to Left Flow allows you to import inventory data directly from your sales channel and connect the data to your suppliers.

Common Use Cases:

  • If you operate a custom sales channel and have personalized data
  • If you are moving from Inventory Source to Flxpoint
  • If you are working with a sales channels that support import listings
    • Supported channels: Amazon, BigCommerce, Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce
  • If you're looking for a quicker transition and shorter timeline to first test order
  • If product data management is not an early initiative for you

Product Life Cycle

Products go through two phases in the Right to Left Flow:

  1. Products are imported from your sales channel into the Channel Listings and Product Catalog
  2. The imported products are then automatically merged in the Product Catalog
  3. Products are then assigned to their respective sources
Terminology Tip:
Channel Listings represent sales channel-specific versions of your product variants.
Product Catalog represents your merged and modified versions of inventory variants.
Source Inventory represents inventory variants that can be fulfilled from each source.
