Overview
Flxpoint has common search functionalities across nearly all pages. These pages allow users to select specific data using dynamic tools, such as:
Filters
Filters allows users to narrow down selections with certain criteria. Much like workflows, you can build leverage with filters:
- AND conditions
- OR conditions
Each screen will have various fields you can select from to filter down data.
Examples |
1) On the Orders screen, you can leverage fields like Order Status and Shipping Address Line 1 2) On product- or variant-related screens, you can leverage fields like SKU |

Views
Views allow users to analyze specific fields for the records at question. The main use case for creating views is to change the columns you are viewing in the searching table. By creating views, a user can organize different sets of viewable data for different scenarios.
Examples |
Creating a view to review pricing data: adding fields such as SKU, Cost, MSRP, MAP, etc. Creating a view to review which identifiers may be present: adding fields such as UPC, GTIN, ASIN, SKU, etc. |

Tags
Tags are best thought of as labels or groups of records. Tagging is supported on most of the core records in Flxpoint, such as:
- Source inventory
- Product variants
- Listing variants
- Orders
Once a record is tagged, it can later be searched via the UI and/or leveraged during specific workflows for decision-making.
Tagging has a variety of use-cases, but is generally seen when users have a disparate set of records that they would like to apply actions on. Tags can be added via the UI or via a bulk upload.
To learn more about tagging, see Tagging.
Exporting
Dynamic exporting is implemented for almost all searching pages. The concept behind dynamic exports in Flxpoint is that every field eligible to be searched is also eligible to be exported.
As a result, when performing an export, a user will be able to manipulate:
- The fields to be exported
- The header for each field being exported
Exports are provided in a CSV format.
