Overview
Reseller management is broken down into three main parts :
- Reseller channels
- Reseller
- Reseller portal
Reseller Channels
Reseller channels represent custom sales channels that can have unique B2B settings:
- Invoicing workflows
- Order importing workflow
- Listing selection/pricing/quantity
- Product feed update frequency
For more information, see Reseller Channels.
Resellers
Each B2B customer is considered a reseller.
Resellers are assigned to a reseller channel to determine their product access, order importing rules, etc.
Although product selection is determined by the channel, individual resellers can have custom invoicing workflows.
For more information, see Resellers.
Reseller Portal
The Reseller Portal represents the portal that your B2B Customers can visit to:
- Create manual orders
- Authorize invoices
- Search order history
- View order statuses
- Configure settings and payment options
For more information, see Reseller Portal.
