Common Issues:
- Item in order is out of stock
- Single Source Routing
- Amazon Compliance Not Enabled on Source
- Order on Hold
Troubleshooting Methods
Single Source Routing
This is a rule that can be enabled that requires an entire order to be fulfilled using a single fulfillment request, so if that condition is not met the order gets put on hold.
Check out the Routing Priorities doc if you want to learn more
Amazon Compliance Not Enabled on Source
Amazon requires all businesses to meet their compliance rules, so if an item in your order is coming from a source that doesn't have the compliance rule turned on, the order will be put on hold.
You can read more about them in the Amazon doc
