If you are setting up Flxpoint for the first time, watch the parts in sequence. Each topic assumes you understand the one before it — Connectors comes before Orders and Products because nothing flows until your suppliers and channels are connected.

Connecting a supplier or channel almost always requires credentials you get from that platform — not from Flxpoint. Have the following ready before you start the Connectors part so you are not interrupted mid-setup.

Connect suppliers before you expect orders or inventory
Products, inventory, and order data only flow once a connector is set up. If you jump to Orders or Products before completing Connectors, those areas will look empty.

Common issues for new users
I finished the Introduction but my dashboard has no data
That is expected on a brand-new account. Data appears only after you complete the Connectors part and connect at least one supplier or channel.
No orders are showing up
Confirm a sales channel is connected (covered in Connectors). Orders are pulled in from connected channels; with no channel connected, there is nothing for Flxpoint to import.
No products are listed
Products come from your connected suppliers (sources). Complete the Connectors part first, then revisit the Products part to see and manage the catalog that flows in.
I am not sure which part to watch first
Start with Introduction, then Connectors. The remaining parts — Orders, Products, and Workflows — assume your connectors are already set up.
