Source Setup
How to Add & Configure a Source
Learn how to connect and manage fulfillment centers or supplier feeds by setting up integrations, importing inventory, and validating data. This guide is for users who need to automate product data, stock levels, and order routing between suppliers and their Flxpoint account.
Source Type Defaults
This article covers the default source type setting applied when creating new sources individually or in bulk within Flxpoint.
Platform-Based Sources
BigCommerce as a Source
Connect a BigCommerce store as a source to pull its products, pricing and inventory into Flxpoint and, when configured, send orders back for fulfillment. Connect with the BigCommerce API App (OAuth2) if you own the store, or a Store-Level API Bearer Token for a vendor store.
CSV / XLSX File as a Source
The CSV/XLSX File source imports inventory and order data from flat files delivered by manual upload, HTTP/HTTPS URL, FTP/SFTP, inbound email, or a Google Sheets CSV export. Files can use header-based (map by column name) or index-based (map by column position) mapping, and supported formats include CSV, TSV, TXT, and XLSX. Every operation has its own required field that must be mapped before the job will run.
Lightspeed Retail (X Series) as a Source
Lightspeed Retail (X Series) is a retail POS and inventory management platform. As a Flxpoint source it connects using either a Personal Token or an OAuth 2.0 authorization tied to your Lightspeed Retail domain. The integration runs Get Inventory (Primary and Secondary) to sync your catalog, pricing and stock, and Send Fulfillment Requests to record store-fulfilled orders back in Lightspeed as a sale. For setup guidance and mapping details, contact support@flxpoint.com.
Magento as a Source
Magento as a Source connects your Magento store to Flxpoint over Magento's REST API, treating the store as a supplier you pull products and inventory from. You authenticate with an Access Token generated in Magento Admin under System β Integrations, plus your Store URL, and all four operations reuse that same connection to import the catalog and inventory, submit orders, and pull back shipment tracking.
Printify Shop ID Configuration
Learn how to configure and dynamically fetch your Shop ID for Printify source and channel integrations within the Flxpoint platform.
Shopify as a Source
Connect a vendor's Shopify store to Flxpoint as a supplier: pull the product catalog and per-location inventory, send fulfillment requests (orders) back into that store, and retrieve shipment tracking. Connection is via OAuth2 (recommended) or Bearer Token / Basic Auth using the Flxpoint Shopify App, and every inventory and fulfillment job is scoped to a single Shopify Location ID.
WooCommerce as a Source
WooCommerce connects to Flxpoint as a source through the WooCommerce REST API using your store's Domain, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret, generated from your WordPress admin. Get Inventory pulls the full product catalog (products, variants, pricing, stock, images, categories, and dimensions), Send Orders creates orders in the vendor's WooCommerce store matched by External Listing ID, and Get Shipments retrieves tracking using the WooCommerce order ID returned on order creation.
Firearms & Tactical
2nd Amendment Wholesale as a Source
2nd Amendment Wholesale is a firearms and ammunition source integration in Flxpoint that uses a dual credential model: inventory operations (Get Inventory Primary, Get Inventory Secondary) use a Feed URL, while fulfillment operations (Send Fulfillment Requests, Get Shipments) use a separate API Token. You will create two separate connections in Flxpoint: one for each credential type, both provided by 2nd Amendment Wholesale. For operation-level mapping guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.
Bill Hicks as a Source
Bill Hicks & Co. is a firearms, ammunition, and outdoor sporting goods distributor. Get Inventory (Primary), Get Inventory (Secondary), and Get Source Images connect over FTP using credentials Flxpoint has pre-configured: no connection setup is required. Send Fulfillment Requests, Get Shipments, and Get Fulfillment Request Acknowledgements all require a Customer ID from Bill Hicks, entered in each operation's integration settings; Send Fulfillment Requests also supports an optional Ship To #. The integration pulls the full catalog and quantities from BHC_Catalog.csv and BHC_Inventory.csv, and can fetch product images to S3 via Get Source Images.
Chattanooga as a Source
Chattanooga Shooting Supply (CSS) connects to Flxpoint over their API using a SID and TOKEN issued by your CSS representative, sent as a Basic auth header (with optional MD5 hashing of the token). It supports full catalog import, a delta-based secondary inventory refresh, dropship purchase-order submission with automatic order-number confirmation, and order-level shipment tracking.
Coreware as a Source
How to connect Coreware as a source: the credentials it needs, why the inventory location code is required, how cost and quantity are read across locations, and what happens to FFL orders.
Crow Shooting as a Source
Crow Shooting is a firearms, ammunition, and outdoor sporting goods distributor. Order operations (Send Fulfillment Requests, Get Shipments, Get Fulfillment Request Acknowledgements) connect through a Crow Shooting API using a Security Code and an account WSDL address; Get Inventory (Primary and Secondary) pull product and stock feeds over FTP or HTTP using Feed IDs Crow Shooting issues per account. Get Shipments supports partial shipments and multiple tracking numbers when Import Multiple Tracking is enabled, and Get Fulfillment Request Acknowledgements records one confirmation per order line for in-process and cancelled statuses.
Davinsons as a Source
Davinsons is a well-known firearms and outdoor-products distributor that connects to Flxpoint Pro over FTP. Get Inventory (Primary) imports the Davinsons catalog (quantity, weights & dimensions and categories) into your Global Inventory Pool, and FTP credentials are provided by Davinsons.
FFL and Firearms Compliance

Gun Accessory Supply as a Source
Gun Accessory Supply is a wholesale distributor of firearm accessories, optics, and tactical gear. The integration connects with a Customer Number and Environment selection provided by Gun Accessory Supply, and runs Get Inventory (Primary), Get Inventory (Secondary), Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments. The integration runs Get Inventory (Secondary) for pricing and quantity refreshes, Send Fulfillment Requests (with automatic FFL handling for firearm items), and Get Shipments; Get Inventory (Primary) is not currently available. Hicks Inc is a separate integration from Bill Hicks & Co., so credentials are not interchangeable: for extended mapping guidance contact support@flxpoint.com.
Iron Valley as a Source
Iron Valley is a wholesale distributor of firearms, ammunition, and outdoor gear. Get Inventory (Primary) and Get Inventory (Secondary) connect over a pre-configured FTP that Flxpoint manages: no setup required; Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments connect through the Iron Valley API, which only needs an Environment selection (Staging or Production) plus a Customer ID for sending orders. Firearm dropship orders can require FFL documentation, and Iron Valley automatically classifies each order as Replenishment or Dropship based on brand and routing.
Kinsey's as a Source
Kinsey's is a wholesale distributor of archery, hunting, and outdoor sporting goods - bows, crossbows, arrows, firearms, optics, and related gear. As a Flxpoint source it supports catalog import (via Kinsey's API v2 or FTP), inventory and pricing sync, automated fulfillment-request submission, and shipment tracking. One connection - either FTP (Basic Auth) or a Kinsey's API Token - is created once in Get Inventory (Primary) and reused by every operation.
Lipseys as a Source
Connect Lipseys as a source over their API. One connection stores both a Dealer account (ships to your store) and a Fulfillment account (dropships to customers); each job picks one. Order routing is automatic by brand and item type.

It connects via a single API connection (Username, Password and API Key) and supports Get Inventory (Primary daily, Secondary for frequent price/quantity refreshes) and Get Shipments. RSR as a Source
RSR Group connects to Flxpoint through its Direct Connect API using your rsrgroup.com dealer login. A single connection powers all four operations (Get Inventory Primary, Get Inventory Secondary, Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments) but RSR must manually approve Direct Connect API access (typically 2 to 3 business days, coordinated through Flxpoint Support) before data begins syncing.
Sports South as a Source
Sports South is a regulated firearms and outdoor-products distributor connected to Flxpoint over their API. All three credentials (Customer Number, Username, and Password) are provided by Sports South (for most accounts all three are the same 5-digit account number), and every operation reuses one shared connection.
Zanders as a Source
Zanders is a firearms and accessories distributor. Inventory is delivered over FTP, while orders go out through a separate Zanders ordering API that uses up to three distinct account types (Main (ship-to-store), Accessory Direct Ship, and Firearm Direct Ship) because accessories and serialized firearms can never be combined in the same order.

For mapping or setup guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.
CWR as a Source
CWR (CWR Wholesale Distribution) is a marine, outdoor, and electronics distributor connected to Flxpoint over FTP with basic authentication. One connection powers every job: Get Inventory Primary reads both a catalog file and an inventory file, Get Inventory Secondary reads only the inventory file, Send Fulfillment Requests writes orders as CSV to CWR's /in folder (CWR must enable the feed first), and Get Shipments reads tracking from the /out/shipping folder.
D&H as a Source
D&H Distributing is a US and Canadian electronics distributor with two connection methods in Flxpoint. Get Inventory (Primary) connects automatically with no credentials to import the full catalog; GIS, Send Fulfillment Requests, Get Shipments, and Get Invoices all authenticate with your D&H account User Name and Password. Separate source configurations exist for D&H US and D&H Canada, and the FR Number sent to D&H is limited to 20 characters, so map Flxpoint's internal order number rather than the channel order number.

D&H with Etilize layers Etilize's enriched product content (detailed specifications, marketing copy, and images) on top of D&H's inventory and order operations. Available as D&H Distributing US with Etilize and D&H Distributing Canada with Etilize. Get Inventory (Primary) pulls the Etilize-enriched catalog using your Etilize Package and Agreement Number; Get Inventory (Secondary), Send Fulfillment Requests, Get Shipments, and Get Invoices use the same D&H account credentials as the standalone D&H as a Source integration. One connection powers all five operations: Get Inventory (Primary), Get Inventory (Secondary), Send Fulfillment Requests, Get Shipments, and Get Invoices. The standard quantity FTP feed is quantity-only: costs require a separate customer-specific pricing FTP or API credentials. Run GIP daily and GIS hourly. Automotive Industry and Flxpoint
Flxpoint's automotive support is built around large SKU counts, overlapping supplier data, and vehicle fitment: it merges suppliers on a Brand plus MPN key and pairs with the ConverMax plugin for Year-Make-Model search. Clean Brand and MPN data is what makes both correct merging and fitment work.
Meyer as a Source
Meyer Distribution is an automotive and RV parts and accessories supplier that connects to Flxpoint over FTP. Unlike most FTP integrations, the FTP server is hosted by Flxpoint (ftp.flxpoint.com), so your FTP credentials come from Flxpoint Support rather than from Meyer, and the inventory feed is a single CSV file typically named Meyer Pricing.csv.

Essential Pet Products as a Source
Essential Pet Products is a distributor of pet supplies (toys, food, and accessories) and a general-supplier integration in Flxpoint. The connection to Essential Pet Products does not require a username, API key, or password. It runs a daily Get Inventory (Primary) import (the only operation this source supports) that brings in the full product catalog and current stock levels. For extended operation details and mapping guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.
FragranceX as a Source

For specific credential requirements and advanced configuration, contact support@flxpoint.com.
Honest Green as a Source
Honest Green is a distributor of natural and organic grocery and personal care products, now accessed exclusively through your US Direct account (older direct Honest Green credentials are likely no longer valid). The connection uses a dual credential model: a Feed URL powers Get Inventory (Primary), and a separate API Token powers Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments, both obtained from your US Direct account. Get Inventory (Secondary) is not supported for this integration; for operation-level mapping guidance contact support@flxpoint.com.
Immediate Apparel as a Source
Immediate Apparel is a wholesale women's fashion apparel supplier available in Flxpoint as a pre-built source integration. Kinray EDI as a Source
Kinray (a Cardinal Health pharmaceutical distribution subsidiary) connects via direct EDI over Flxpoint's hosted FTP infrastructure. The integration covers the full distribution workflow: Get Inventory Primary (EDI 832 catalog/pricing), Send Fulfillment Requests (EDI 850 purchase orders), Get Acknowledgements (EDI 855), Get Invoices (EDI 810), and Get Shipments (EDI 856). Setup requires Cardinal Health to provision a trading-partner relationship and complete a UAT testing phase before any files can be exchanged, and inventory quantities must be set with a fixed Pricing and Quantity Rule since the 832 file carries no real-time stock levels.
Kroll as a Source
Kroll is a wholesale distributor of tactical, outdoor, and law enforcement products. The integration uses two separate connections created inside one Kroll source: an FTP (Basic Auth) connection for inventory operations (Get Inventory Primary and Secondary) and a Kroll API connection for order operations (Send Orders and Get Shipments). Your FTP Username doubles as the Account Number used by the API connection, so keep it handy when setting up both.
Land 'N' Sea as a Source
Land 'N' Sea is a marine and powersports products distributor connected via FTP and EDI. Before configuring the integration, submit Land 'N' Sea's EDI questionnaire: approval takes 5β10 business days and unlocks full order-operation credentials, while Get Inventory (Primary) works with no connection setup required. One connection (an API Key, Client ID, and Feed URL, all provided by Luxclusif) is reused across configured operations and runs a Get Inventory import that brings in the full pre-owned catalog, pricing, and stock levels; because pre-owned inventory turns over quickly, enabling Archive/Un-Archive is especially important. For extended operation details and mapping guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.
McKesson as a Source
McKesson is a leading medical and healthcare products distributor. The Flxpoint integration uses two connection types: an XML API connection (B2B Key, Identity, Shared Secret, Account Number, Ship To Number) for Get Inventory (Primary and Secondary) via McKesson's XML ItemFeed, and a separate FTP/FTPS EDI connection for Send Fulfillment Requests (EDI 850), Get Shipments (EDI 856), and Get Invoices (EDI 810). Each McKesson Unit of Measure becomes its own variant in Flxpoint, and McKesson typically selects the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Medline as a Source
Medline is a distributor of medical supplies and healthcare solutions, connected to Flxpoint via FTP/SFTP/FTPS EDI: select Medline (EDI) from the connector gallery when adding the source. The connection requires FTP Protocol, Host, Port, User, and Password, all provided by Medline as part of a pre-established EDI trading-partner setup. Get Inventory (Primary) imports the full costume catalog daily (products, categories, images, and licensed-property details) while Get Inventory (Secondary) refreshes cost, MAP/MSRP and quantity more frequently. Send Fulfillment Requests uploads orders to Morris Costumes (Customer ID and Shipper Number required), and Get Shipments retrieves tracking and ship confirmations.
Orgill as a Source
Orgill is a hardware and home-improvement distributor connected to Flxpoint via FTP (product and inventory feeds) and EDI (order transmission). Get Inventory (Primary) runs once daily and downloads Orgill's full catalog: WEB_INVENTORY.TXT, three-level categories from WEB_DEPT.TXT / WEB_DEPT_SKU.TXT, the online attribute and compliance Excel files, SKU restrictions, and per-warehouse Orgill-Standard-Data-File-DC-%s.xlsx files. Get Inventory (Secondary) runs more frequently and reads only WEB_INVENTORY.TXT to refresh per-warehouse quantities. Send Fulfillment Requests transmits orders to Orgill as an X12 850 EDI file using your Account Number and EDI Sender/Receiver trading-partner qualifiers and IDs. Supported warehouse locations span the US and Canada. Enable Archive/Un-Archive on one job only (GIP or GIS, not both) to avoid conflicting archive cycles.
PoolCorp as a Source
PoolCorp is a supplier of swimming pool equipment, chemicals, and accessories, and a pre-built integration in Flxpoint. One API connection (Username/API Key, Password, and a Custom Url ID value, all provided by PoolCorp) covers Get Inventory (Primary and Secondary), Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments. For extended operation-level setup and mapping guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.
Promostandards as a Source
Promostandards is an industry-standard API used by promotional products suppliers. The connection uses Company Code, User Name, Password, Environment, and a critical Service Type selector: you'll create a separate connection for each Service Type you use (Product for GIP/GIS, Purchase Order for Send FR, Shipment for Get Shipments, Invoice for Get Invoices), typically reusing the same credentials. The integration imports the full product catalog (GIP), refreshes pricing and quantity more frequently (GIS), sends fulfillment requests, and pulls back shipment and invoice confirmations; for operation-level mapping guidance contact support@flxpoint.com.
QBP as a Source
QBP (Quality Bicycle Products) is a distributor of bicycles, cycling parts, and accessories, available in Flxpoint as a pre-built source integration. Get Inventory (Secondary) is not supported; for operation-level mapping guidance contact support@flxpoint.com.
Reader Link as a Source
Reader Link is a books & media supplier that exchanges files over FTP to support inventory and order operations. Get Inventory (Secondary) reads a CSV/XLSX inventory file, Send Fulfillment Requests writes purchase order files to an outbound folder, Get Shipments reads shipment files back in, and Get FR Acknowledgements reads acknowledgement and cancellation files: each operation uses its own FTP folder, with processed files automatically archived after each successful run. Confirm your exact folder paths and FTP credentials with Reader Link IT/EDI.
S&S Activewear as a Source
S&S Activewear is a wholesale distributor of blank apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, polos, and accessories) for screen printing, embroidery, and promotional product use. One connection (Account Number + API Key) powers Get Inventory (Primary) for the full catalog, Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments. Customer pricing is account-specific and requires your S&S account to have API customer pricing enabled: without it, Cost imports empty or falls back to Piece Price.
SeawideB2B as a Source
SeawideB2B is a marine electronics and boating accessories distributor connected to Flxpoint over FTP, SFTP, or FTPS. The integration runs Get Inventory (Primary daily for the full catalog, Secondary more frequently for pricing and quantity refreshes), Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments. Order operations require live (production) Seawide credentials: sandbox credentials return a successful-looking response in Flxpoint, but the order never reaches your Seawide dealer portal. Use the FTP protocol and connection details your Seawide representative provides; for operation-level mapping guidance contact support@flxpoint.com.
Sophio as a Source
Sophio is a B2B parts distribution platform connected to Flxpoint over its API. The connection authenticates with an API UUID key plus a BasePath (base domain) that are combined into the pattern https://BasePath/Version/UUID/function, and it supports importing product, pricing and inventory data, submitting orders, and pulling shipment tracking back into Flxpoint. Only items already linked in Flxpoint can be ordered, and each item's linecode must be stored in the supplier_product_id field during the inventory import.
SP Richards as a Source
SP Richards is a wholesale distributor of office supplies, furniture and business products, available as a pre-built Source integration in Flxpoint. The base product catalog and on-hand quantity feed connect automatically: you only add a connection for pricing, either a customer-specific pricing FTP or the SPRichard API (Group Code, User ID, Password), which brings in Cost and MSRP alongside the catalog. Five operations are supported: Get Inventory Primary (full catalog, daily), Get Inventory Secondary (price/quantity refresh, more frequent), Send Fulfillment Requests, Get Shipments, and Get Invoices.
SP Richards With Etilize as a Source
SP Richards With Etilize as a Source is a catalog-enrichment companion source for SP Richards, an office products distributor. It imports an Etilize-enhanced product catalog (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, dimensions, and manufacturer identifiers) via a single Get Inventory (Primary) run. It does not pull live pricing or quantity, and it does not send orders or receive shipments; those require the separate SP Richards source connected alongside it. Contact support@flxpoint.com for setup guidance.
StrawberryNET as a Source
StrawberryNET is a distributor of beauty and skincare products. The integration is available by request and does not appear in the standard connector gallery until enabled for your account. U.S. Direct is a supplier source supporting inventory, order, and invoice operations. The connection uses three credentials (an API Token, a Reseller Token (required for Get Invoices), and a Feed URL (request from support@flxpoint.com)) shared across all five operations: Get Inventory (Primary and Secondary), Send Fulfillment Requests, Get Shipments, and Get Invoices. Get Invoices matches by the Flx PO Number stored as the Channel Order Number, using a Source Invoice Mapping Template configured under Settings β Mapping Templates.
UPS as a Source
UPS as a Source is a Get Shipments-only integration that pulls UPS tracking numbers, shipment status and delivery confirmations for orders fulfilled by your primary supplier source but shipped via UPS. VidaXL is a pre-built general supplier source integration in Flxpoint. It does not import a product catalog. It connects via API using a Customer Email, API Token and an Environment setting (Sandbox or Production), and runs Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments only. It supports Get Inventory (Primary) for catalog and FBA stock, Send Fulfillment Requests to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, and Get Shipments for tracking. Quantity counts SELLABLE stock only, optionally including FBM, and images, weights, dimensions and variations are not available from Amazon's reports.
Boxout 3PL
Boxout is a fulfillment provider specializing in healthcare, wellness, and fitness product distribution. In Flxpoint it connects as a source labeled "Boxout (On Request)": the connection is provisioned per account by Flxpoint Support rather than configured self-serve. Once connected, it supports standard 3PL fulfillment source operations: inventory import, sending fulfillment requests, and receiving shipment confirmations.
Deliverr
Deliverr (now operating under Flexport) connects as a fulfillment source so Flxpoint can import inventory, send fulfillment requests, and pull shipment updates. Get Inventory (Primary) can be set up by API token, CSV/XLSX, or manual upload, but Get Inventory (Secondary), Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments all require the API connection. The connection uses a Flxpoint-generated API token rather than a Deliverr-issued key.
FedEx 3PL as a Source
FedEx 3PL is a plug-and-play source integration that connects a FedEx-operated fulfillment location to Flxpoint. It supports pulling inventory, sending fulfillment requests, and importing shipments with tracking back to your sales channels. ShippingEasy is a cloud-based shipping platform that integrates with major carriers. It supports Get Inventory (Primary) for the product catalog and quantity, Send Fulfillment Requests to push orders into ShipStation for fulfillment, and Get Shipments to bring tracking back. ERP & Accounting Integrations
Fishbowl as a Source
Fishbowl can act as a source in Flxpoint, not just an accounting integration. Two source operations are supported: Get Inventory & Products, a delta feed that pulls product and quantity data (quantity already net of sales order allocations) from your Fishbowl server, and Get Shipments, which brings tracking and carrier back against fulfillment requests. Both reuse the accounting connection: an approved Flxpoint app on your Fishbowl server plus a dedicated API user. Get Shipments only picks up purchase orders whose Fishbowl status is Fully Processed or Acknowledged.
Fishbowl ERP
Fishbowl is a pre-built ERP/accounting integration in Flxpoint. It connects to your Fishbowl server through an approved Flxpoint app and a dedicated API user. Flxpoint supports four Fishbowl operations: the accounting operations Send Accounting Orders (creating one or more Fishbowl Purchase Orders per Flxpoint order) and Send Accounting Shipments (recording shipment confirmations and tracking against those orders), plus the source operations Get Inventory & Products and Get Shipments, which are covered in Fishbowl as a Source. The Orders operation uses a mapping template for vendor, line items, cost, and custom aggregate fields; contact support@flxpoint.com for extended setup guidance.
NetSuite as a Source
NetSuite (ERP) as a source in Flxpoint pulls Sales Orders and item-level shipment data from your NetSuite account so you can route fulfillment and keep tracking current in your downstream systems. This source supports Get Orders and Get Shipments only.
