Summary

Qxpress is a global logistics and warehouse solution for eCommerce fulfillment. It connects to Flxpoint as a single source using a single Qxpress API Key. The integration is fulfillment-only: it sends Fulfillment Requests to Qxpress for cross-border order fulfillment.

How to connect: credentials you need

Qxpress uses a single connection type. Add a Qxpress source, start configuring the Send Fulfillment Requests operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter the Qxpress API Key, then Test Connection → Save Connection.

Fulfillment Request line → SKU / Quantity	→ Qxpress Send Order Item. Required. Sent per line item on the order.
Shipping address	→ Qxpress Shipping Address (Recipient Info). Required. End-customer ship-to address.
Source Shipping Method	→ Qxpress Send Order. Shipping method sent with the order.
Line item note / attributes	→ Qxpress Order Item Remark. Custom attributes appended as a line remark, when present.

Common issues

Test Connection fails

The only credential is the Qxpress API Key, provided by your Qxpress account contact. There is no separate sandbox or production toggle, so a failure means the key itself needs re-checking.

Cross-border orders fail or route incorrectly

Qxpress serves global, cross-border fulfillment. Confirm the destination country and service level details are correct on outbound fulfillment requests.
