ShippingEasy WMS

Summary

ShippingEasy is a cloud-based shipping platform that integrates with major carriers. It connects as a single source using an API Key, API Secret, and Store Name, and runs Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments: Get Inventory is not supported, since ShippingEasy is a shipping/fulfillment platform rather than a product catalog source.

Send Fulfillment Requests
Sends orders to ShippingEasy for carrier fulfillment.
Get Shipments
Pulls ShippingEasy shipment and tracking data into Flxpoint.

Add a ShippingEasy source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter your API Key, API Secret and Store Name, then Test ConnectionSave Connection.

Ship DateShipment → Shipped At. When ShippingEasy recorded the shipment; falls back to processing time if not returned.
Purchase Order ID / Order IDShipment → Order reference. Links the shipment back to the originating Fulfillment Request; carrier and tracking data reflect whichever carrier ShippingEasy used.

Test Connection fails
Three values are required: your ShippingEasy API Key, API Secret and Store Name. Re-check all three against your ShippingEasy account.
The carrier on a shipment is not what you expected
ShippingEasy connects to major carriers, and the shipment and tracking data returned by Get Shipments reflects whichever carrier ShippingEasy actually used.
The ship date looks like a processing time
When ShippingEasy does not return the ship date, Flxpoint falls back to the processing time for Shipped At.

Which operations does ShippingEasy support?
Two: Send Fulfillment Requests (orders out for carrier fulfillment) and Get Shipments (shipment and tracking data back). There is no inventory operation.
How is an order identified in ShippingEasy?
The Purchase Order Number is sent as the External Order Identifier, and shipments link back to the originating fulfillment request through it.
What do I need to connect?
The API Key, API Secret and Store Name from your ShippingEasy account.
