SkuVault

Summary

SkuVault is a warehouse management system that connects as a single source using your SkuVault Username and Password. It supports Get Inventory (product data including quantity), Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments — Get Inventory Secondary isn't needed since inventory arrives with the product data, variations aren't supported, and Get Source Invoices isn't available for this integration.

Get Inventory (Primary)
Imports SkuVault's product catalog, including quantity, into Flxpoint.
Send Fulfillment Requests
Sends orders to SkuVault for warehouse fulfillment.
Get Shipments
Pulls SkuVault shipment confirmations back into Flxpoint.

Add a SkuVault source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter your SkuVault Username and Password, then Test ConnectionSave Connection.

Connection NameRequired
A descriptive label for this SkuVault connection in Flxpoint.
EnvironmentRequired
The SkuVault environment this connection targets.
UsernameRequired
Your SkuVault account username.
PasswordRequired
Your SkuVault account password.
Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments both require the SkuVault Channel Type and Channel Account ID (Channel Long ID) — find these on an order in SkuVault's Sales section, or ask your SkuVault contact for your account's values.

Warehouse Location Code changes the mapping

If you set a Warehouse Location Code to pull quantity from one warehouse, you must update the mapping template to pull in (Configured Warehouse) Warehouse Quantity, or quantity will not import correctly.

Variations are not supported

SkuVault does not provide variation data. Products import at the parent / SKU level only.

Send FR and Get Shipments need Channel Type and Channel Account ID

Both operations require the SkuVault Channel Type and Channel Account ID (Channel Long ID), found on an order in the Sales section or via SkuVault's API.

Kits import is a toggle

A setup toggle controls whether kit SKUs import alongside regular products. Turn it on if you need kits.

No tenant/user tokens received across multiple jobs
SkuVault jobs fail with a "No tenant/user tokens received" error, meaning the connection is not authenticating. Re-enter and re-test the SkuVault Username and Password.
All internal warehouses from SkuVault sources errored out
Every SkuVault-backed warehouse errors at the same time, typically the same auth/token failure. Fix the connection credentials rather than each warehouse individually.
Quantity not importing for a configured warehouse
If a Warehouse Location Code is set but the mapping template still pulls generic quantity, update it to (Configured Warehouse) Warehouse Quantity.

Why did all my internal warehouses from SkuVault error out at once?
A source-wide failure, usually an authentication or token problem affecting every job rather than one warehouse. Re-validate the SkuVault Username and Password on the connection.
Does Flxpoint recognize assembled products / kits from SkuVault?
Kit SKUs import only when the kits toggle is enabled in setup. Assembled products are not pulled in automatically otherwise.
