FedEx as a Channel
The FedEx integration is a shipment-retrieval connection, not a storefront or order channel. Its only supported operation is Get Shipments, which matches FedEx shipments back to Flxpoint fulfillment requests. It does not provide inventory or send fulfillment requests. Connection uses a Client API Key, Client Secret Key, and an environment selection (Sandbox or Production).

Freight Club as a Source
Freight Club is a freight/LTL logistics platform integrated with Flxpoint primarily for Get Shipments — pulling tracking numbers, shipment dates, and carrier details for freight orders back into Flxpoint. The connection requires a single API Token generated from your Freight Club account. Map at minimum Tracking Number and Shipment Date in the Get Shipments template; contact support@flxpoint.com for guidance on additional fields or operations.
