Burch Fishing Tackle as a Source

July 17, 2026

Summary

Burch Fishing Tackle is a wholesale supplier of fishing gear, tackle, and outdoor sporting goods, and a pre-built integration in Flxpoint. The connection requires no credentials — add the source and proceed directly to configuring Get Inventory, which imports SKU, price, weight, and category data using a one-to-one SKU mapping. Only single pricing is supported (no product variations or dimensions), duplicate SKUs in the feed are skipped, and quantity is tracked through a single "Primary" warehouse location; for questions beyond Get Inventory contact support@flxpoint.com.

Get Inventory (GIP)
Imports Burch's catalog daily — SKU, price, weight, category and quantity.

Burch Fishing Tackle requires no connection setup. Add the source, start configuring Get Inventory, and on the New Connection screen click Save and Proceed directly — there is no host, username, password, or API key to enter.

Pre-Configured ConnectionAutomatic
Flxpoint connects automatically using a connection Flxpoint has pre-configured for Burch Fishing Tackle — you do not enter a host, username, password, or API key. On the New Connection screen, simply click Save and Proceed to move on to settings and mapping.
Duplicate SKUs in the Burch feed are skipped automatically to avoid catalog conflicts, and quantity is tracked through a single "Primary" warehouse location — multi-warehouse aggregation isn't supported. For questions about additional operations beyond Get Inventory, contact support@flxpoint.com.

No credentials required — click Save and Proceed directly on the connection screen

When configuring Burch Fishing Tackle integrations, the connection screen notes that no additional connection information is needed. There is no username, password, or API key to enter — simply click Save and Proceed to move to the settings and mapping template steps. Flxpoint handles the feed connection internally.

Duplicate SKUs in the Burch feed are skipped — review the source feed if products are missing

GIP uses a one-to-one SKU mapping. If the Burch feed contains duplicate SKUs, those entries are deliberately skipped to prevent catalog conflicts. If expected products are not appearing after GIP runs, the most likely cause is duplicate SKUs in the source feed itself — review the feed at the Burch level before troubleshooting in Flxpoint.

Variations and dimensions are not supported — single-SKU, single-pricing model only

The Burch Fishing Tackle feed does not support product variations (multiple options per SKU) or detailed dimension data. Only single pricing is returned per SKU. Products of type "config" or "parent" may be skipped or treated as generic. Plan your catalog structure accordingly — each Burch SKU will import as a flat, non-variant product.

Warehouse quantity is tracked through a single "Primary" location

Burch Fishing Tackle inventory levels are tracked through a single designated warehouse location labeled Primary. Multi-warehouse quantity aggregation is not supported. All available stock from the Burch feed maps to this single location in Flxpoint. For extended operation details (Send FR, Get Shipments), contact support@flxpoint.com.

Field mapping for this operation is configured with Flxpoint Support.

Products missing after GIP runs — expected SKUs not appearing
Three causes to check: (1) the SKU exists in the Burch feed but is a duplicate — GIP deliberately skips duplicate SKUs; verify the SKU appears only once in Burch's feed; (2) the product type is "config" or "parent" — these may be skipped or treated as generic in the feed; (3) the product has never synced before and was not present in the feed on the last GIP run — products not in the current feed are not created. If duplicates are suspected, review the source feed at the Burch level and contact Burch to request deduplication. Then re-run GIP after the feed is corrected.
Quantity showing as zero for all Burch products
If all quantities show zero: (1) confirm a Mapping Template is selected with Quantity mapped to the "Primary" warehouse location; (2) verify the feed is returning non-zero quantities by running GIP manually and checking the job log for quantity data; (3) if Archive/Un-Archive is enabled and the feed doesn't include all expected SKUs on a given run, items not in the feed will be archived with quantity 0 — confirm the feed is delivering a complete catalog. If quantities appear correct in the Burch feed but not in Flxpoint, contact Flxpoint Support with the job log.

What does GIP import from Burch Fishing Tackle?
GIP connects directly to Burch's inventory feed and processes it daily. Imported fields include: SKU (required, one-to-one mapping), Price (single pricing only), Weight (pulled directly from the feed), and Categories (supports one or more categories per product). Quantities are tracked through the single "Primary" warehouse location. Fields not available from the feed: product variations, dimensions (height, length, width). Products that have never been synced before will not be created if they do not appear in the feed — they must be present in the Burch feed to import.
Do I need to enter any credentials for Burch Fishing Tackle?
No. The Burch Fishing Tackle connection is preconfigured and requires no credentials. When you reach the New Burch Fishing Tackle Connection screen during integration setup, you will see a message indicating no additional connection information is needed. Click Save and Proceed directly. This applies to GIP. If you need to configure additional operations (Send FR, Get Shipments), contact Flxpoint Support at support@flxpoint.com to confirm what is available for your account.
