Summary

Doba is a multi-category dropshipping platform connecting retailers with suppliers across electronics, home goods, fashion, and more. The connection uses an email-based authorization flow — Doba sends an authentication link to the email you provide, along with a Retailer ID and Tag ID from your Doba account. The integration runs Get Inventory (Primary and Secondary), Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments; for operation-level mapping guidance contact support@flxpoint.com.

How to connect - credentials you need

Doba uses an email-based authorization flow instead of a username/password. Add a Doba source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter Email, Retailer ID and Tag ID, then Test Connection → Save Connection.

The email address Doba sends the partner-access authentication link to. Complete the link before Test Connection can succeed.

Retailer IDRequired

Your Doba Retailer ID, provided by your Doba account representative.

Tag IDRequired

The Doba Tag ID identifying which product feed/tag your account pulls from, provided by Doba.

Flxpoint requests Doba partner access automatically the first time you test the connection — Doba emails an authentication link to the address you entered. Approve it, then re-test the connection. Contact support@flxpoint.com if access stays pending.

Important - read before configuring

Connection uses Email + authentication link — check your inbox after entering the email and clicking Test

The New Doba Connection form requires a Connection Name and Email (the email to receive an authentication link). After entering the email and clicking Test Connection, Doba sends an authentication link to that inbox. Complete the auth flow via the link before the connection can be saved. This is not a username/password or API token authentication — you must complete the email link step.

GIP imports ASIN, SKU, Available Quantity, and Brand — archive items not in the feed

GIP retrieves: ASIN (required), Available Quantity (required), Brand (optional). Enable Archive/Un-Archive to zero out items absent from the feed. Run GIP daily for a full catalog refresh. GIS handles variant-level delta updates: Available Number, Item Number, MAP, Market Price, SKU Code, SKU ID, Selling Price.

Send FR required fields: Billing + Shipping address + Fulfillment Request Number + SKU + Quantity

Send FR required fields: Fulfillment Request Number → Doba: Order Number, SKU → Doba: Item SKU, Quantity → Doba: Item Quantity, full Billing Address (Address Line 1, City, State Code, Postal Code, Full Name — all required), Shipping Address (same fields). Optional: Address Line 2, Phone, Note. Map to Doba's exact field names; State Code (not State name) is required.

Get Shipments: Waybill ID = Tracking Number; carrier code table (UPS-GND, USPS-PRI, FDX-2D)

Get Shipments maps: Logistics Company Name → Carrier Name (required), Waybill ID → Tracking Number (required), Logistics Shipping Method Name → Shipping Method (optional). Shipping codes: UPS-GND = UPS Ground, USPS-PRI = USPS Priority Mail, FDX-2D = FedEx 2Day. Use a Mapping Set to translate Doba carrier codes to your internal carrier names if needed.

Common issues

Test Connection not completing — authentication email link not received or expired

If Test Connection seems to hang or the connection can't be saved: (1) check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the Doba authentication link; (2) if the link expired, repeat the Test Connection process to receive a fresh link; (3) confirm the email address entered matches your Doba account email; (4) check that your email provider isn't blocking Doba's authentication emails. Once you click the link in the email and confirm, return to Flxpoint and save the connection.

How does the email authentication flow work for Doba?▸

When creating a Doba connection, the form shows a Connection Name and Email field. Enter the email address for your Doba account and click Test Connection. Doba sends an authentication link to that email address. Open the email and click the link to complete authentication. After the auth link is confirmed, return to Flxpoint and click Save Connection to store the connection. If the authentication link expires before you complete it, repeat the process to receive a new link.

GIS (Get Inventory Secondary) retrieves variant-level data: Available Number → Available Quantity (required), Item Number → Item Number (required), MAP → Minimum Advertised Price (optional), Market Price → Market Price (optional), SKU Code → SKU Code (optional), SKU ID → SKU ID (optional), Selling Price → Selling Price (optional).
