How to connect - credentials you need

Immediate Apparel uses two separate connections — a Feed URL connection for inventory operations and an API Token connection for order operations. Add an Immediate Apparel source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter the credential for that operation's connection type, then Test Connection → Save Connection. Repeat for the second connection type before configuring the remaining operations.

Create both connection types before configuring all four operations — GIP and GIS use the Feed URL connection, Send FR and Get Shipments use the API Token connection. Your connection credentials are provided by your Immediate Apparel account representative. Contact them to request API access if not yet provisioned. Without valid credentials, Test Connection will fail.

GIP daily for full catalog; GIS more frequently for delta updates — Archive on one job only

Run Get Inventory Primary once daily to import the full Immediate Apparel women's fashion catalog. Use Get Inventory Secondary more frequently for price and quantity refreshes. Enable Archive/Un-Archive on one job only to avoid conflicting inventory states.

Test a single manual order before enabling automatic Send FR scheduling

Before enabling automatic order sending, run one manual Fulfillment Request and verify receipt at Immediate Apparel. Map at minimum: SKU, Quantity, and a complete ship-to address. Verify the order appears correctly on the Immediate Apparel side before enabling scheduling.

Common issues

Test Connection failing — credentials incorrect or API access not enabled

If Test Connection fails: (1) re-enter credentials exactly as provided by Immediate Apparel; (2) confirm these are API credentials, not a website login; (3) allow a few minutes if recently issued; (4) confirm with Immediate Apparel that API access is active for your account. How do I connect Immediate Apparel in Flxpoint?▸

Go to Sources → + Add Source and complete the Source Wizard (Vendor Warehouse recommended). After saving, go to Integrations → Get Inventory → Start Creating Integrations and select Immediate Apparel. On the New Immediate Apparel Connection screen, provide your Connection Name and any required credentials as prompted. Click Test Connection, then Save Connection.
