Immediate Apparel as a Source
Summary
Immediate Apparel is a wholesale women's fashion apparel supplier available in Flxpoint as a pre-built source integration. It uses a dual credential model: inventory operations (Get Inventory Primary and Secondary) connect via a Feed URL, while order operations (Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments) connect via a separate API Token. Both are provided by your Immediate Apparel account representative; for operation-level mapping guidance contact support@flxpoint.com.
Immediate Apparel uses two separate connections: a Feed URL connection for inventory operations and an API Token connection for order operations. Add an Immediate Apparel source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter the credential for that operation's connection type, then Test Connection → Save Connection. Repeat for the second connection type before configuring the remaining operations.

Your connection credentials are provided by your Immediate Apparel account representative. Contact them to request API access if not yet provisioned. Without valid credentials, Test Connection will fail.
GIP daily for full catalog; GIS more frequently for delta updates: Archive on one job only
Run Get Inventory Primary once daily to import the full Immediate Apparel women's fashion catalog. Use Get Inventory Secondary more frequently for price and quantity refreshes. Enable Archive/Un-Archive on one job only to avoid conflicting inventory states.

Test a single manual order before enabling automatic Send FR scheduling
Before enabling automatic order sending, run one manual Fulfillment Request and verify receipt at Immediate Apparel. Map at minimum: SKU, Quantity, and a complete ship-to address. Verify the order appears correctly on the Immediate Apparel side before enabling scheduling.
