VidaXL as a Source

July 21, 2026

Summary

VidaXL is a pre-built general supplier source integration in Flxpoint. It does not import a product catalog. It connects via API using a Customer Email, API Token and an Environment setting (Sandbox or Production), and runs Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments only. For operation-level mapping guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.

Send Fulfillment Requests
Sends Flxpoint fulfillment requests to VidaXL as orders for dropship fulfillment.
Get Shipments
Pulls VidaXL order and shipment status back into Flxpoint, including shipping cost and quantity shipped per item.

Add a VidaXL source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection. Enter your VidaXL API credentials and choose the correct Environment, then Test ConnectionSave Connection.

FieldWhat to enter
Customer EmailRequired
The email address associated with your VidaXL account.
API TokenRequired
Your VidaXL API token.
EnvironmentRequired
Toggles between Sandbox (testing) and Production. Use Sandbox during setup, then switch to Production before go-live.

No catalog or inventory import: products must already exist in Flxpoint

VidaXL does not implement Get Inventory (Primary) or Get Inventory (Secondary). This integration only sends fulfillment requests and receives shipment confirmations: you'll need another way to bring VidaXL products into your catalog and link them before Send Fulfillment Requests can match items.

Environment must match where your credentials are provisioned

The connection's Environment setting switches between VidaXL's Sandbox and Production systems. Use Sandbox while testing, then switch to Production before go-live: orders sent while Environment is set to the wrong mode won't reach your live VidaXL account.

No automatic PO acknowledgements

VidaXL does not send back a purchase order acknowledgement step. The only confirmation that an order was received is the shipment and tracking data returned by Get Shipments.

Send Fulfillment Requests cannot match items
VidaXL has no catalog or inventory import: products must already exist in Flxpoint and be linked before fulfillment requests can match items. Bring VidaXL products into your catalog another way first.
No purchase order acknowledgement arrives
VidaXL does not send PO acknowledgements. The only confirmation that an order was received is the shipment and tracking data returned by Get Shipments.

Does VidaXL import its catalog into Flxpoint?
No. Get Inventory (Primary) and (Secondary) are not implemented. This integration only sends fulfillment requests and receives shipment confirmations.
What do I need to connect?
The Customer Email on your VidaXL account, your API Token, and the Environment (Sandbox for testing, Production before go-live).
How do I know VidaXL received an order?
Through Get Shipments: it returns order and shipment status, including shipping cost and quantity shipped per item. There is no separate acknowledgement step.
