VidaXL as a Source
Summary
VidaXL is a pre-built general supplier source integration in Flxpoint. It does not import a product catalog — it connects via API using a Customer Email, API Token, and an Environment setting (Sandbox or Production), and runs Send Purchase Orders and Get Shipments only. For operation-level mapping guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.
Add a VidaXL source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection. Enter your VidaXL API credentials and choose the correct Environment, then Test Connection → Save Connection.
No catalog or inventory import — products must already exist in Flxpoint
VidaXL does not implement Get Inventory or Get Source Products. This integration only sends purchase orders and receives shipment confirmations — you'll need another way to bring VidaXL products into your catalog and link them before Send Purchase Orders can match items.
Environment must match where your credentials are provisioned
The connection's Environment setting switches between VidaXL's Sandbox and Production systems. Use Sandbox while testing, then switch to Production before go-live — orders sent while Environment is set to the wrong mode won't reach your live VidaXL account.
No automatic PO acknowledgements
VidaXL does not send back a purchase order acknowledgement step. The only confirmation that an order was received is the shipment and tracking data returned by Get Shipments.
