How to connect - credentials you need

Honest Green (via US Direct) uses a single connection with two credential fields: a Feed URL and an API Token, both obtained from your US Direct account. Add a Honest Green source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter the values, then Test Connection → Save Connection.

Important - read before configuring

Now handled via US Direct — old direct Honest Green credentials are likely invalid

Honest Green products are accessed through a US Direct account. Direct Honest Green API credentials from before this change are likely no longer valid. Log into your US Direct account to obtain the Feed URL (for GIP) and API Token (for Send FR/Get Shipments). If migrating from Inventory Source, confirm with US Direct that your account includes the Honest Green catalog.

Feed URL (GIP only) + API Token (Send FR + Get Shipments) — two separate credential fields

On the New Honest Green by US Direct Connection screen: the Feed URL is used exclusively by Get Inventory Primary to call the Honest Green FLX Supplier API. The API Token authenticates Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments. Both fields are on the same connection form. Obtain both from your US Direct account (Settings → API Access or Integrations).

Account Number is now in integration settings — do not map it in the template

Your US Direct / Honest Green Account Number has been moved to the Send FR integration settings screen (not the mapping template). Enter it there once and it will apply to all requests. If you previously had Account Number mapped in the template, remove it to avoid duplication.

Price Tier selection is available in GIP settings — no need to contact support

When configuring Get Inventory Primary, a Price Tier Selection dropdown lets you choose which price tier to import as your Cost field (e.g., Wholesale, Retail). Select it in the GIP Configure Settings screen — there is no need to open a support ticket for pricing tier configuration.

Common issues

Test Connection failing — old direct Honest Green credentials no longer valid

If Test Connection fails: (1) confirm you are using credentials from your US Direct account, not legacy direct Honest Green credentials — old accounts are likely no longer valid; (2) verify the Feed URL is the one provided by US Direct for the Honest Green FLX Supplier API; (3) verify the API Token is from US Direct Settings → API Access; (4) contact US Direct support to confirm your account includes Honest Green catalog access. Update the connection with US Direct credentials and re-test.

Invoices failing to create for Send FR orders

The most common cause of invoice creation failures is mapping Invoice Status to the order's payment status. When an order is cancelled, the payment status passes an invalid invoice status value and invoice creation fails. To fix: in your Send FR mapping template, set Invoice Status to Don't Map, or map it to a dropdown value (Paid or Unpaid), or use a mapping rule to set the correct value. Never map Invoice Status directly from order payment status.

How do I obtain the Feed URL and API Token from US Direct?▸

Log into your US Direct account and navigate to Settings, API Access, or Integrations. The Feed URL is the endpoint for the Honest Green FLX Supplier API product feed — request this from US Direct if it's not already displayed. The API Token is generated or displayed in the same section. If you can't locate either, contact US Direct support directly. Once obtained, enter both in the New Honest Green by US Direct Connection form in Flxpoint.

What does GIP import from Honest Green and what fields are available?▸

GIP calls the Honest Green FLX Supplier API using your Feed URL and retrieves: SKU (required), Quantity (required), Price (based on your selected Price Tier). Configure the Price Tier in GIP Settings to choose which tier maps to your Cost field. Enable Archive/Un-Archive if you want items absent from the feed to be zeroed out. Schedule GIP daily for a full catalog refresh.

What are the required Send FR fields for Honest Green?▸

Send FR uses the API Token from your connection and your Account Number from integration settings. Required mapping fields: Reference Number → Honest Green Order: Reference Number (tracks the order), SKU → Honest Green Order Item: SKU, Quantity → Honest Green Order Item: Quantity, Address Line 1 → Honest Green Order Shipping Address: Address Line 1. Do not map Account Number in the template — it is now entered in the Configure Settings screen. What does Get Shipments import and what is the FR Lookback Period?▸

Get Shipments uses your API Token and retrieves: Carrier, Tracking Number, Shipped At, and Fulfillment Request Number (all required). The FR Lookback Period defaults to 90 days — FRs older than this window will not be matched to incoming shipments. Adjust this in Get Shipments Advanced Settings if you need a longer lookback. Schedule Get Shipments frequently (e.g., every 2 hours) to keep tracking current.
