Luxclusif as a Source

July 17, 2026

Summary

Luxclusif is a distributor of pre-owned luxury fashion and accessories, available as a general-supplier integration in Flxpoint. One connection — an API Key, Client ID, and Feed URL, all provided by Luxclusif — is reused across configured operations and runs a Get Inventory import that brings in the full pre-owned catalog, pricing, and stock levels; because pre-owned inventory turns over quickly, enabling Archive/Un-Archive is especially important. For extended operation details and mapping guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.

Get Inventory (Primary)
Imports Luxclusif's full pre-owned luxury catalog, pricing, and stock.

Luxclusif uses a single connection type for all operations. Add a Luxclusif source, start configuring Get Inventory, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter your API Key, Client ID, and Feed URL, then Test ConnectionSave Connection.

API KeyRequired
Your Luxclusif API key, provided by Luxclusif. Contact your Luxclusif representative if you don't have it.
Client IDRequired
Your assigned Client ID from Luxclusif.
Feed URLRequired
The product feed URL provided by Luxclusif for your account, used to pull the pre-owned catalog.
If Test Connection fails, confirm all three fields — API Key, Client ID, and Feed URL — are entered exactly as provided by Luxclusif. For extended operation setup and field mapping beyond connection, contact support@flxpoint.com.

Three credentials required: API Key + Client ID + Feed URL — all from Luxclusif

The New Luxclusif Connection form requires: Connection Name (custom), API Key (provided by Luxclusif), Client ID (your assigned client ID from Luxclusif), and Feed URL (the product feed endpoint). All three are provided by Luxclusif — contact your Luxclusif representative if you don't have all three.

Pre-owned luxury items — each SKU is typically unique; Archive/Un-Archive is critical

Because Luxclusif deals in pre-owned luxury items, individual SKUs may appear once and not return to the feed. Enable Archive/Un-Archive in GIP settings so that items sold or removed from Luxclusif's catalog are automatically archived (qty set to 0) in Flxpoint. This prevents showing out-of-stock luxury items as available on your channels.

GIP daily for full catalog; GIS more frequently for price/quantity updates — Archive on one job only

Run Get Inventory Primary daily to import the Luxclusif pre-owned luxury catalog. Use Get Inventory Secondary for more frequent price/quantity refreshes. Enable Archive/Un-Archive on one job only. Given the nature of pre-owned inventory (high SKU turnover), daily archival is especially important.

Test Connection failing — missing or incorrect API Key, Client ID, or Feed URL
If Test Connection fails: (1) confirm all three fields are entered — API Key, Client ID, and Feed URL are all required; (2) verify the Feed URL is the exact endpoint provided by Luxclusif (not a generic Luxclusif website URL); (3) verify the API Key and Client ID are current and haven't been rotated; (4) try opening the Feed URL in a browser to confirm it returns data. Contact Luxclusif support if any credential is invalid. Contact Flxpoint Support at support@flxpoint.com for setup assistance.

How do I set up the Luxclusif connection?
Go to Sources → + Add Source and complete the Source Wizard (Vendor Warehouse recommended). After saving, go to Integrations → Get Inventory → Start Creating Integrations and select Luxclusif. On the New Luxclusif Connection screen, enter: Connection Name, API Key, Client ID, and Feed URL — all provided by Luxclusif. Click Test Connection, then Save Connection.
