Archive is enforced on one job only, GI-P or GI-S: never both

Run Get Inventory Primary once daily to import Motor State's automotive performance catalog. Use Get Inventory Secondary for more frequent price and quantity refreshes. Flxpoint enforces Archive/Un-Archive on only one of GI-P or GI-S at a time: it cannot be enabled on both, even if you want to.

Performance parts may have freight or specialized carrier requirements

Automotive performance parts, especially large or heavy items, may ship via freight or specialized carriers. Confirm ShipVia codes and carrier requirements with Motor State Distributing before configuring Send Fulfillment Requests. Run a single manual test order before enabling automatic scheduling.

Common issues

Test Connection fails

The connection uses the FTP credentials provided by Motor State Distributing: protocol (FTP or FTPS), host, port, user and password. Re-check each value as provided.

Archive cannot be enabled on both inventory jobs

Flxpoint enforces Archive/Un-Archive on only one of Get Inventory (Primary) or (Secondary) at a time. That is by design, not a misconfiguration.
