ARB as a Source
Summary
ARB (4x4 accessories) is an inventory-only source: Get Inventory (Primary) imports the full catalog and sums available quantity across all ARB warehouses. No pricing, images, or order support - manage those in Flxpoint.
ARB (ARB 4x4 Accessories) is an Australian manufacturer of 4WD and off-road accessories with US distribution warehouses in Texas, Florida, and California. In Flxpoint, ARB is a source integration that imports the ARB catalog and warehouse inventory through ARB's inventory API.
- Catalog import: Get Inventory (Primary) imports the full ARB catalog - SKU, title, barcode, brand code, product status, and available quantity.
- Quantity across warehouses: ARB reports quantity per branch (warehouse); Flxpoint automatically sums the available quantity across all ARB branches into a single quantity.
- Full refresh every run: ARB's API returns the entire catalog in one snapshot, so every run is a complete refresh; there is no incremental mode.
- Inventory only: ARB's API provides no pricing, no images, no weights or dimensions, and no order endpoints.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
API KeyRequired | Your unique ARB API key. Request it from the ARB IT Team; keys are issued per reseller and are not shared. |
Setup path
- Create a new source, choose ARB as the integration, enter the API key, and run Test Connection.
- Enable and schedule Get Inventory (Primary). A daily schedule is typical; quantities update each time this job runs.
No pricing data
ARB provides no pricing. Cost, MSRP, and MAP are not populated by this integration - set pricing in Flxpoint (manually, from another feed, or with workflows) before listing ARB items.
No images, weights or dimensions
ARB provides no product images, weights, or dimensions. Source these separately if your channels require them.
Orders are not sent to ARB
Orders are not sent to ARB through Flxpoint. ARB's API has no order submission, acknowledgement, shipment, or invoice support - fulfill ARB purchase orders outside Flxpoint.
Discontinued products are excluded by default
Discontinued products (status D) are excluded from the import by default. Enable the include-discontinued option on the integration if you want to sell through remaining stock, and pair it with a mapping rule that archives or zeroes them when appropriate.

| ARB field | Maps To: Notes |
|---|---|
| productCode | → Product / Variant → SKU. Required. The ARB part number, hyphenated (e.g. 000-002-100). Used as-is - the hyphens are part of the SKU. |
| productDesc1 + productDesc2 | → Product → Title. ARB splits the item description into two 30-character fields; they are combined into the title. |
| barCode | → Identifiers → UPC / EAN. Barcode for a single unit. |
| AAIABrand | → Product → Manufacturer. An AAIA brand code (e.g. BHWQ) - a short industry code, not a display name. |
| productStatus | Status signal: A = active, D = outgoing / use-up / obsolete. Use mapping rules to archive discontinued items or zero out their quantity. |
| inventory (per branch) | → Inventory → Quantity. Flxpoint sums the available quantity across all ARB branches. Individual warehouses cannot be selected. |
