TireHub as a Source

Summary

TireHub as a Source is a tire and automotive parts distributor integration in Flxpoint, connected via a dedicated TireHub API connection (Environment, Client ID and Client Secret). The integration runs Get Inventory (Primary daily for the full catalog, Secondary for frequent pricing/quantity refreshes), Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments. Get Inventory (Primary)
Imports TireHub's full tire catalog with pricing, images and specifications.
Get Inventory (Secondary)
A lighter, more frequent refresh of quantity to keep stock current.
Send Fulfillment Requests
Sends purchase orders to TireHub for dropship or warehouse fulfillment.
Get Shipments
Pulls TireHub shipment confirmations — tracking, ship date and freight totals.

TireHub connects to Flxpoint using a dedicated API connection. Add a TireHub source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter the Environment, Client ID and Client Secret provided by your TireHub representative, then Test ConnectionSave Connection.

Connection credentials for the TireHub as a Source integration are provided by your TireHub as a Source account representative. Contact Flxpoint Support to confirm which operations are available and what credentials are required for your account configuration.

GIP daily for full catalog; GIS for delta price/quantity updates — Archive on one job only

Once configured, run Get Inventory Primary daily to import the full TireHub as a Source catalog. Use Get Inventory Secondary for more frequent price and quantity refreshes. Enable Archive/Un-Archive on one job only to avoid conflicting inventory states.

Test a single manual order before enabling automatic Send FR scheduling

Before enabling automatic order sending, run one manual Fulfillment Request and verify it is received on the TireHub as a Source side. Confirm the order appears correctly before enabling automatic scheduling across your routing group.
