2nd Amendment Wholesale as a Source

July 17, 2026

Summary

2nd Amendment Wholesale is a firearms and ammunition source integration in Flxpoint that uses a dual credential model: inventory operations (Get Inventory Primary, Get Inventory Secondary) use a Feed URL, while fulfillment operations (Send Fulfillment Requests, Get Shipments) use a separate API Token. You will create two separate connections in Flxpoint — one for each credential type, both provided by 2nd Amendment Wholesale. For operation-level mapping guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.

Get Inventory (Primary)
Imports the full 2nd Amendment Wholesale catalog using your Feed URL.
Get Inventory (Secondary)
Lighter refresh of pricing and quantity using your Feed URL.
Send Fulfillment Requests
Sends orders to 2nd Amendment Wholesale using your API Token.
Get Shipments
Pulls shipment confirmations and tracking numbers using your API Token.

2nd Amendment Wholesale requires two separate connections. Add the source, then when configuring Get Inventory (Primary) or Get Inventory (Secondary), click + New Connection and enter your Feed URL. When configuring Send Fulfillment Requests or Get Shipments, create a second connection and enter your API Token instead. Test ConnectionSave Connection for each.

Feed URL Connection — for Get Inventory (Primary) / (Secondary)
Feed URLRequired
The URL to your 2nd Amendment Wholesale inventory feed, provided by 2nd Amendment Wholesale. Used for Get Inventory Primary and Get Inventory Secondary.
API Token Connection — for Send Fulfillment Requests / Get Shipments
API TokenRequired
Your 2nd Amendment Wholesale API authentication token, provided by 2nd Amendment Wholesale. Used for Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments.
Both the Feed URL and API Token are provided by 2nd Amendment Wholesale — contact your account representative to obtain them. Neither is the same as a website or dealer portal login. For extended operation setup and field mapping guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.

Two separate connections required — Feed URL for inventory, API Token for fulfillment

When configuring 2nd Amendment Wholesale integrations: GIP and GIS use a connection with a Feed URL (the URL to the 2nd Amendment Wholesale API inventory feed). Send FR and Get Shipments use a connection with an API Token (a separate auth token for order operations). Create both connections before attempting to configure all four operations.

Both credential types (Feed URL and API Token) come from 2nd Amendment Wholesale

Your Feed URL and API Token are provided by 2nd Amendment Wholesale — contact your account representative or their support team to obtain both. The Feed URL is typically a static URL specific to your account. The API Token is a separate authentication token for order operations. Neither is the same as a website or dealer portal login.

GIP daily for full catalog; GIS more frequently for delta updates — Archive on one job only

Run Get Inventory Primary once daily using the Feed URL connection to import the full 2nd Amendment Wholesale catalog. Use Get Inventory Secondary (also Feed URL) for more frequent price/quantity refreshes. Enable Archive/Un-Archive on one job only to avoid conflicting inventory states.

GIP or GIS failing — Feed URL incorrect or not provided by 2nd Amendment Wholesale
If GIP/GIS fails with a connection error: (1) confirm the Feed URL is entered exactly as provided by 2nd Amendment Wholesale — it is typically a complete URL with your account credentials embedded or appended; (2) open the Feed URL in a browser to confirm it returns inventory data; (3) if the URL is returning an error or empty response, contact 2nd Amendment Wholesale to confirm the URL is active for your account. Update the Flxpoint connection with the corrected URL and re-run.
Send FR or Get Shipments failing — API Token incorrect or wrong connection selected
If Send FR/Get Shipments fails with an authentication error: (1) confirm the API Token connection is selected for these operations — not the Feed URL connection; (2) verify the API Token is entered exactly as provided by 2nd Amendment Wholesale; (3) confirm with 2nd Amendment Wholesale that the API Token is active and has not expired. Update the Flxpoint connection with the corrected token and re-run.

How do I set up the two 2nd Amendment Wholesale connections?
Go to Sources → + Add Source and complete the Source Wizard. After saving, go to Integrations → Get Inventory → Start Creating Integrations → 2nd Amendment Wholesale. For GIP/GIS: on the New 2nd Amendment Wholesale Connection screen, enter your Connection Name and Feed URL (provided by 2nd Amendment Wholesale). Test Connection and Save. For Send FR/Get Shipments: create a second connection with the same name pattern and enter your API Token instead of a Feed URL. Test Connection and Save. Select the correct connection when configuring each operation.
What happens if I use the Feed URL connection for Send FR or vice versa?
Using the wrong connection type for an operation will cause authentication failures or job errors: the Feed URL is configured for inventory feed access only and cannot authenticate Send FR or Get Shipments API calls. The API Token is configured for order operations and will not resolve the inventory feed URL. Always select the Feed URL connection for GIP/GIS and the API Token connection for Send FR/Get Shipments when configuring each operation's connection step.
