SKU	Map from the product identifier in the Davidson's FTP file: it is the primary linking key. If product counts come in low, confirm SKU is mapped (see Common Issues).
Quantity	On-hand units imported from Davidson's. Required for accurate inventory sync.
Weights & Dimensions	Supported, including units. Map when your channels need shipping weight/dimensions.
Categories	Supported. Imported from the Davidson's feed for filtering and organization.

Get Inventory (Primary) handles the bulk of inventory sync and can Archive items that drop out of the feed. Client/generic pricing, variations/options and multiple warehouses are not supported on this source.

Common issues

Inventory not importing or product count lower than expected

Check the mapping template to confirm SKU and Quantity are mapped, and verify Davidson's inventory file lives on their server (including any subdirectory). Run a manual Get Inventory (Primary) and review the job log for file-not-found or empty-feed errors that indicate the path needs adjusting.

Can't find Send Fulfillment Requests or Get Shipments for Davidson's

Only Get Inventory (Primary) is confirmed in the current Davidson's documentation. Order operations like Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments are currently not supported.
