Amazon FBA as a Source
Summary
Amazon FBA connects to Flxpoint as a source over the Selling Partner API (SP-API), so Amazon's fulfillment centers can pick, pack and ship orders from any of your channels. It supports Get Inventory (Primary) for catalog and FBA stock, Send Fulfillment Requests to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, and Get Shipments for tracking. Quantity counts SELLABLE stock only, optionally including FBM, and images, weights, dimensions and variations are not available from Amazon's reports.
Amazon FBA lets you store products in Amazon's fulfillment centers and have Amazon handle picking, packing, shipping and customer service. Connecting it as a source lets you use that logistics network to fulfill orders from any of your sales channels.
Add a source named Amazon FBA (source type Vendor Warehouse works well), then start configuring an operation. When Flxpoint prompts you, click + New Connection and enter the values below. Save, authorize the Flxpoint app in Amazon Seller Central, return to Flxpoint, then Test Connection.
Amazon FBA Connection.Include FBM Quantity changes what stock you sell
The Include FBM Quantity setting on Get Inventory (Primary) decides the final number. With it ON, quantity = FBA + FBM. With it OFF, only FBA stock counts. Turn it on only if you actually fulfill merchant-fulfilled stock from the same pool.
Only SELLABLE stock is counted
Flxpoint reads the AFN inventory report and uses only rows with a SELLABLE warehouse-condition code. If the same SKU appears on several SELLABLE rows, the values are summed. Damaged or unfulfillable stock is never counted.
Images, weights, dimensions and variations are not available
Amazon's reports do not include image URLs, weights, dimensions, categories beyond the basic levels, custom fields, variations or client pricing. Those fields cannot be imported no matter how the template is mapped - source them elsewhere in your catalog.
Get Inventory (Primary) is a full feed, not a delta
Every run pulls the whole catalog - there is no delta feed and no Archive/Un-Archive support for this job. Leave Archive off and schedule GIP at a cadence your catalog size can absorb.
Get Shipments only sees its lookback window
The Get Shipments Within Last X Days setting bounds every run. Shipments older than the window are never fetched, so if a run is missed, temporarily widen the window to backfill and then set it back.

Why does Flxpoint use reports instead of the FBA Inventory API for everything?▸
Can I stop specific SKUs from importing?▸
Should I prefix the Master SKU for FBA items?▸
FBA- makes FBA-sourced inventory easy to identify once several sources feed the same catalog, and it keeps Master SKU collisions from happening when another supplier carries the same item.
