Ware2Go 3PL

July 20, 2026

Summary

Ware2Go is a UPS-backed fulfillment network. It connects to Flxpoint as a single source using a Client Id, Client Secret and Merchant Id, and the same credentials are used across every operation. It supports Get Inventory (Primary) and Get Inventory (Secondary) for catalog and quantity, Send Fulfillment Requests for order fulfillment, and Get Shipments for confirmations back into Flxpoint. Because Ware2Go ships on UPS, make sure shipping policy and method mapping on the source reflect the UPS services Ware2Go returns.

Get Inventory (Primary)
Imports the Ware2Go catalog into Flxpoint.
Get Inventory (Secondary)
Refreshes Ware2Go quantities on a faster cycle.
Send Fulfillment Requests
Sends orders (Fulfillment Requests) to Ware2Go for order fulfillment.
Get Shipments
Pulls Ware2Go shipment confirmations (items and quantities) back into Flxpoint.

Ware2Go uses a single connection type. Add a Ware2Go source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter the Client Id, Client Secret and Merchant Id, then Test ConnectionSave Connection.

Three values issued by Ware2Go: Client Id, Client Secret and Merchant Id. The same credentials serve every operation. Account Number, Access Key and Secret Key are not used.

UPS. Shipping policy and method mapping on the source should reflect the UPS services Ware2Go returns.
How should the two inventory operations be scheduled?
