Deliverr

July 20, 2026

Summary

Deliverr (now operating under Flexport) connects as a fulfillment source so Flxpoint can import inventory, send fulfillment requests, and pull shipment updates. Get Inventory (Primary) can be set up by API token, CSV/XLSX, or manual upload, but Get Inventory (Secondary), Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments all require the API connection. The connection uses a Flxpoint-generated API token rather than a Deliverr-issued key.

Get Inventory (Primary)
Imports Deliverr inventory and pricing via API token, CSV/XLSX, or manual upload.
Get Inventory (Secondary)
Lighter, more frequent inventory refresh. Requires the API connection — no file-upload option.
Send Fulfillment Requests
Sends orders to Deliverr/Flexport for dropship fulfillment. Requires the API connection.
Get Shipments
Pulls shipment and tracking confirmations back from Deliverr/Flexport. Requires the API connection.

Deliverr's connection is provisioned with a Flxpoint-generated API token rather than a key from Deliverr. Generate the token from the source's Basic Info > API Access > Grant Access page and provide it to your Deliverr/Flexport representative to establish the connection.

Flxpoint API TokenRequired
Generated in Flxpoint under the source's Basic Info > API Access > Grant Access, then shared with your Deliverr/Flexport representative to establish the connection.
Get Inventory (Primary) can alternatively be set up with Manual Upload or CSV/XLSX instead of the API token. Get Inventory (Secondary), Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments all require the API connection. Get Source Invoices is not supported for Deliverr.

API access is granted from Flxpoint

The connection uses a Flxpoint API token, not a Deliverr key. Generate it under Source > Basic Info > API Access > Grant Access and provide it to your Deliverr rep to establish the connection.

Only inventory supports non-API setup

Get Inventory [Primary] can use Manual Upload or CSV/XLSX, but Get Inventory [Secondary], Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments only work over the API connection.

Get Source Invoices is not supported

Deliverr does not return source invoice data, so invoice information will not import.

Now operated by Flexport

Deliverr runs under Flexport; connection stability and carrier behavior reflect the Flexport network, and older accounts may still see the Deliverr name.

Orders are not making it to Deliverr / integration has stopped working
Fulfillment requests stop reaching Deliverr/Flexport, usually because the API connection or shared token has broken. Re-grant API access under Basic Info and confirm the token provided to Deliverr/Flexport is current.
Item tracking information not syncing back
Shipments and tracking do not flow back to Flxpoint. Confirm Get Shipments is configured over the API connection; file-based setups do not cover shipments.
Inventory levels not updating
Get Inventory is not refreshing. Verify the connection method (API vs file) and that the sync schedule is active.

Can I connect Deliverr without using the API?
Only Get Inventory [Primary] supports Manual Upload or CSV/XLSX. Secondary inventory, fulfillment requests, and shipments require the API connection.
Does Deliverr sync source invoices?
No. Get Source Invoices is not supported for Deliverr.
