Summary
SkuLabs is an inventory and order management platform for multi-channel sellers. It connects to Flxpoint as a single IMS source using an Access Token and a Warehouse ID, running Get Inventory, Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments.
What this integration does
Get Inventory
Imports SkuLabs' product catalog with quantity and image data.
Send Fulfillment Requests
Sends dropship orders (Fulfillment Requests) from Flxpoint to SkuLabs.
Get Shipments
Pulls SkuLabs shipment confirmations: SKU, quantity, and ship date.
How to connect: credentials you need
Add a SkuLabs source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter your Access Token and Warehouse ID, then Test Connection → Save Connection.

The connection needs a SKULabs Access Token and the Warehouse ID for the warehouse you want Flxpoint to sync.

Common issues
Test Connection fails
Both values are required: your SkuLabs Access Token and the Warehouse ID of the warehouse you want Flxpoint to sync.
Quantity comes from the wrong warehouse
The Warehouse ID on the connection decides which SkuLabs warehouse syncs. Change it if stock should come from a different location.
The ship date looks like a tracking update time
When a shipment has no ship date, Flxpoint falls back to the last tracking update timestamp for
