Summary

Ecomdash is a cloud-based inventory and multichannel listing system that connects to Flxpoint using an ECD Subscription Key generated in the Ecomdash developer portal. It links and syncs existing Ecomdash listings and syncs orders between the two systems. Publish Listings is not supported; new listings are created through a Custom Export instead.

How to connect - credentials you need

Add an Ecomdash source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter your ECD Subscription Key, then Test Connection → Save Connection.

Order operations require Shipping Mappings — map to the exact store shipping method your test order uses, so imported orders are auto-assigned the correct method. To publish new listings, build them in Flxpoint Products, run a Custom Export on the channel, then add the generated link in Ecomdash under Bulk Import/Export > Integrated Import Formats. Important - read before configuring

Publish Listings is not supported

New listings cannot be published directly. Build them in the Flxpoint Products section, run a Custom Export on the channel, then add the generated HTTP link in Ecomdash under Bulk Import/Export > Integrated Import Formats.

Shipping Mappings are required

Order operations require shipping method mappings so imported orders are auto-assigned the correct method. Map to the exact store shipping method your test order uses.

Subscription Key comes from the developer portal

The ECD Subscription Key is the primary key found under Products > Product Access in the Ecomdash API developer portal.

Link Listings connects Flxpoint listings to existing Ecomdash products only when the SKU, EAN, or UPC match across both systems.

Common issues

Orders are not importing from Ecomdash

Two common causes: the order status does not match your Get Orders configuration, or the order predates the "Get Orders Created within the last X Days" window. Confirm the status filter and increase the day range, then re-run Get Orders.
