Sage Intacct ERP
Summary
Sage Intacct is a cloud-based financial management and accounting platform. In Flxpoint you add it as an accounting integration and connect using Sage Intacct Web Services credentials, after authorizing the Flxpoint Sender ID in Sage Intacct. Once connected, Flxpoint can export sales orders, purchase orders and shipments to your Sage Intacct company.
Add Sage Intacct from the Accounting area with the + icon. Before connecting, authorize the Flxpoint Sender ID in Sage Intacct. Then enter your Web Services credentials, click Test Connection → Save Connection.

Sage Intacct rejects Web Services calls from unauthorized senders. Authorize the Flxpoint Sender ID in Sage Intacct first, or Test Connection returns an invalid Web Services authorization error.
Use a dedicated Web Services user
Connecting with a dedicated Web Services user (rather than a personal login) keeps the integration stable and auditable.
Sends completed sales orders from Flxpoint to Sage Intacct as sales order records.

Sends purchase orders from Flxpoint to Sage Intacct as purchase order records.

Sends shipment records to Sage Intacct, linked back to the originating sales order.

Invalid Web Services authorization error on Test Connection
Flxpoint Sender ID is not authorized in Sage Intacct, or the Company ID / User ID / password is wrong. Authorize the Sender ID and re-check the credentials, then test again.What credentials do I need?
Company ID, a User ID (a Web Services user is recommended), and that user's password, plus an authorized Flxpoint Sender ID.
