U.S. Auto Force as a Source

July 20, 2026

Summary

U.S. Auto Force is a distributor of tires, wheels, and automotive parts available as a source in Flxpoint for automated inventory synchronization and order processing. The connection requires a Connection Name, Username/API Key, and Password, all provided by U.S. Auto Force. When searching for this integration in the connector gallery, look for "US Auto Force" (no period); for extended operation details and mapping guidance, contact support@flxpoint.com.

Get Inventory (Primary)

Then go to Integrations → Get Inventory → Start Creating Integrations, select US Auto Force, enter your Connection Name, Username/API Key, and Password, then Test ConnectionSave Connection. The same connection is reused for all U.S. Auto Force operations. Send Fulfillment Requests and Get Shipments also require an Account Number, Transaction, and Revision — see below.

Search for "US Auto Force" in the connector gallery — select it from the available list

When adding an integration for this source, search for US Auto Force in the connector gallery (the display name in the help doc is "U.S. Auto Force" but the connector may appear without the period). Enter your Connection Name, Username/API Key, and Password as provided by U.S. Auto Force. These are separate from any U.S. Auto Force dealer website login.

Tires and wheels may have special shipping requirements — confirm carrier codes with U.S. Auto Force

Tires and wheels typically ship via freight or specialized carriers. When configuring Send Fulfillment Requests, confirm with your U.S. Auto Force representative which carrier/ShipVia codes are valid for your account. Sending an unsupported shipping method code will cause order rejection. Run a single manual test order first and verify receipt at U.S. Auto Force before enabling automatic scheduling.

GIP daily for full catalog; GIS more frequently for delta updates — Archive on one job only

Run Get Inventory Primary once daily to import U.S. Auto Force's tire, wheel, and parts catalog. Use Get Inventory Secondary on a more frequent schedule for pricing and quantity refreshes. Enable Archive/Un-Archive on one job only — enabling it on both GIP and GIS simultaneously creates conflicting archive states.
