Printify Shop ID Configuration

Learn how to configure and dynamically fetch your Shop ID for Printify source and channel integrations within the Flxpoint platform.
The Printify integration requires a specific Shop ID to correctly route product data and orders between Flxpoint and your Printify store. While this ID was previously located in the connection settings, it is now managed within the Integration Config section to allow for dynamic fetching of your store details.
You can manage the Shop ID for both source and channel configurations. The method for retrieving this ID depends on your Flxpoint tier.
Dynamic fetching (Pro tier)
Users on the Pro platform tier can automatically retrieve their Shop ID directly from their connected Printify account. This ensures the ID is accurate without requiring you to manually locate it in your Printify dashboard.
Navigate to the Integration Config section of your Printify source or channel.
Locate the Shop ID field.
Use the fetch action to pull the ID dynamically from your store.
Save the configuration.
Manual configuration
If you are not on the Pro tier, or if you are using a source-only configuration that does not yet support dynamic fetching, you must manually enter your Shop ID into the Integration Config section.
Note: Dynamic Shop ID fetching is currently restricted to Pro tier accounts. Standard users or those with source-only configurations may need to input the ID manually if the fetch option is not visible.
