TD Synnex US/CA with Etilize combines TD Synnex's electronics and IT distribution catalog with Etilize's enriched product content: richer descriptions, specifications, images and attributes layered onto imported SKUs. It is available as TD Synnex US With Etilize and TD Synnex Canada With Etilize. No connection credentials are required because Flxpoint connects to the Etilize feed automatically, and you only choose your Etilize Package plus optional SKU prefix and image settings in Configure Settings. This source imports the catalog only; to send orders to TD Synnex, use the standard TD Synnex US/CA source alongside it.

TD Synnex US/CA with Etilize needs no connection setup on the connection form: Flxpoint connects to the Etilize feed automatically. Add a TD Synnex US With Etilize or TD Synnex Canada With Etilize source, then open Configure Settings and enter the values below, then click Save and Proceed.

TD Synnex US With Etilize and TD Synnex Canada With Etilize support Get Inventory (Primary) and nothing else. Send Fulfillment Requests, Get Shipments, Get Invoices and Get Inventory (Secondary) are not available on this source, which is also why it has no connection form. To send orders to TD Synnex, add the standard TD Synnex US/CA as a Source alongside this one and configure the FTP and API credentials there.

Etilize enriches GIP with richer product content: configured in the mapping template

Etilize augments TD Synnex catalog data with enhanced descriptions, specifications, images, and category data. The Etilize enrichment is configured within the GIP mapping template, not the TD Synnex connection itself. The base TD Synnex connection remains the same as the standard integration.

Base connection: ShipNode.ShipNode must be exactly two digits: no DC prefix

For the underlying TD Synnex connection, the ShipNode.ShipNode field in Send FR settings must be exactly two digits (e.g., "01", "03"): no leading DC prefix. This is a critical field: an incorrectly formatted ShipNode causes order routing failures. Confirm the correct ShipNode value with your TD Synnex account representative.

Bundle SKUs: tracking comes from component lines only: bundle header never has tracking

For bundle SKUs in Get Shipments, tracking numbers are returned only on individual component lines. The bundle header SKU itself never carries tracking in TD Synnex's response. Map tracking from component line items and ensure your shipment mapping handles this correctly to avoid missing tracking for bundle orders.

mainCategory / subCategory	→ Product → Category / Subcategory. Etilize's category taxonomy for the item.

Common issues

Orders fail to route on the base TD Synnex connection

The ShipNode.ShipNode field in Send FR settings must be exactly two digits (for example 01 or 03), with no DC prefix. Confirm the correct value with your TD Synnex account representative.

No images are importing

Images arrive only on the SpexFLX with images Add-on package. Check the Etilize Package and Preferred Image Resolution in Configure Settings.

Bundle orders are missing tracking

For bundle SKUs, TD Synnex returns tracking only on individual component lines, never on the bundle header. Map tracking from component line items.

Trying to send orders through this source

This source supports Get Inventory (Primary) only. To send orders to TD Synnex, add the standard TD Synnex US/CA as a Source alongside it and configure the FTP and API credentials there.

Products are duplicating instead of merging with other sources?

This often occurs when SKU formats are inconsistent across sources, such as Etilize providing numeric-only SKUs while another source uses alphanumeric SKUs. Ensure your Product Builder is configured to 'Find and match to existing product variants' and verify that the unique identifiers (UPC, MPN, or GTIN) are identical across all sources to allow Flxpoint to merge them into a single Master Product.

Standard TD Synnex GIP imports data as-is from TD Synnex's feed: SKU, price, quantity, and basic product fields. The Etilize-enriched version augments this with Etilize's product content: richer long-form descriptions, detailed specs, additional images, and standardized category/attribute data. This results in more complete product records without manual data entry. Which fields arrive depends on the Etilize Package selected in Configure Settings, and images arrive only on the SpexFLX with images Add-on tier.
