Be Wicked as a Source

August 4, 2026

Summary

Be Wicked is a pre-built lingerie and adult products integration in Flxpoint, built on a Shopify-based connection. The connection uses a single connection type, Shopify API authenticated with your Store Domain, Shopify API Key, and an optional Location ID for inventory. The integration runs Get Inventory (Primary), Get Inventory (Secondary), Send Fulfillment Requests, and Get Shipments; MSRP is calculated from the wholesale cost via the mapping template. For operation-level mapping guidance contact support@flxpoint.com.

Get Inventory (Primary)
Imports the full Be Wicked catalog daily, products, images, options, inventory.
Get Inventory (Secondary)
A lighter, frequent refresh of variant price and quantity only.
Send Fulfillment Requests
Sends orders (Fulfillment Requests) to Be Wicked via Shopify.
Get Shipments
Pulls Be Wicked shipment tracking and ship dates into Flxpoint.

Be Wicked supports one connection type, direct Shopify API authentication using your Store Domain, Shopify API Key, and an optional Location ID. Add a Be Wicked source, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter the values, then Test ConnectionSave Connection.

Store DomainRequired
Your Be Wicked Shopify store domain, must exactly match the domain on your Be Wicked Shopify account (a *.myshopify.com address, e.g. yourstore.myshopify.com). Even a minor mismatch causes Test Connection to fail or product data not to load. Confirm the exact value with your Be Wicked account manager or in the Shopify admin panel.
Shopify API KeyRequired
Your Shopify API key for the Be Wicked store, provided by Be Wicked's Shopify admin. Requires read access to Products and Inventory.
Location IDOptional
The Shopify Location ID Be Wicked uses for inventory. GIP and GIS import quantity for this specific location, if products or stock look missing, confirm the Location ID and that inventory exists at that location in Be Wicked's Shopify admin.
Test Connection validates your Store Domain and API Key before the connection is saved. Attributes (color, material, etc.) are pulled from Shopify product tags automatically. For extended operation setup and field mapping beyond connection, contact support@flxpoint.com.

Store Domain must exactly match your Be Wicked Shopify domain: e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com

The Store Domain field must be the exact Shopify domain for your Be Wicked store (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com). A mismatch, even a minor difference, will cause Test Connection to fail or product data not to load. Obtain the exact domain from your Be Wicked account manager or Shopify admin panel.

MSRP is auto-calculated as 1.4× the wholesale price: no manual MSRP mapping needed

Be Wicked GIP and GIS automatically calculate MSRP as 1.4 × Wholesale Price (the Shopify variant price). You do not need to source or map MSRP separately. For example, a $10 wholesale price yields a $14 MSRP. If you need a different MSRP multiplier, you can override this with a custom rule in the mapping template.

GIP only imports products with quantity greater than 0 at the configured Location ID

GIP fetches inventory levels for the specific Location ID you configure. Only products with quantity > 0 at that location are imported. If products are missing, verify the correct Location ID is configured and that inventory exists at that location in Be Wicked's Shopify admin. Attributes (color, material) are pulled from Shopify tags.

Send FR sends Variant ID + Quantity: requires Shopify Variant ID mapping, not just SKU

Send FR sends orders directly to Shopify using Variant ID (not SKU) as the line item identifier. Ensure your Send FR mapping template maps Fulfillment Request Item → Variant ID. The Shopify Order ID returned is saved as the FR tracking reference. Orders are created as live orders (not drafts) using account_owner_address for customer creation.

Product data not importing: API credentials or domain mismatch
If GIP runs but imports no products: (1) verify the Store Domain matches exactly (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com, no http://, no trailing slash); (2) confirm the API Key is from Be Wicked's Shopify admin and has read access to Products and Inventory; (3) verify the Location ID is correct and products exist with quantity > 0 at that location; (4) check that your network/firewall allows outbound requests to the inventory endpoint. Contact Be Wicked support or Flxpoint Support at support@flxpoint.com if credentials appear correct but the issue persists.

How do I set up the Be Wicked connection?
Go to Sources → + Add Source and complete the Source Wizard. After saving, go to Integrations → Get Inventory → Start Creating Integrations → Be Wicked. On the New Be Wicked Connection form, enter: Connection Name, Store Domain (exact Shopify domain, e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com), API Key (from Be Wicked's Shopify admin), and Location ID (if applicable). Click Test Connection, then Save Connection.
What does GIP map from Be Wicked?
GIP imports: Parent SKU (from Shopify Product Handle, required), Title, Description (falls back to Title if Body HTML is empty), Brand/Vendor, Category 1 (from Product Type, part before colon, defaults to "General"), Category 2 (from Product Type, part after colon, defaults to "General"), All Images, All Options (size, color variants, up to 3 Shopify options), UPC (from Shopify Barcode), Weight/Dimensions, Attributes (from Shopify tags, color, material, etc.). Inventory (Quantity) comes from the location-specific REST endpoint. Wholesale Price maps to Cost; MSRP auto-calculates at 1.4×.
