Flxpoint Dashboard
July 20, 2026
Summary
The dashboard is your account-health overview, built from six panels: Orders Report, Order Status, Shipment Status, Catalog Status, Notifications, and Recent Logs. The status panels track active orders only, and you can set a shipment SLA to flag late orders and email the sources responsible.

Important notes
Note: Status panels track active orders only. Order Status and Shipment Status monitor active orders. Closed orders are not tracked, so a completed order will not appear in these counts.
Note: Emailing Over-SLA sources needs an email connection. To email sources from the Over SLA without Email Notification count, you must have an email connection configured in settings, or the send will not work.
Note: Catalog Status refreshes every 12 hours. The Catalog Status panel updates on a 12-hour cycle unless you refresh it. Click the refresh icon in the top right of the panel to update it on demand.
Note: Over SLA depends on your SLA being set. The Over SLA and Over SLA without Email Notification counts only mean anything once a default (or per-source) SLA is configured. With No SLA selected, nothing is flagged as late.
Common issues
Cannot send emails to sources over SLA.
Sending from the Over SLA without Email Notification list requires an email connection in your settings. Configure one, then select the fulfillment requests, open Actions, and choose Email Communication.
Catalog Status looks out of date.
It refreshes every 12 hours by design. Click the refresh icon in the top right of the Catalog Status header to update it now.
A completed order is missing from the dashboard counts.
Expected. The status panels track active orders only; once an order is closed it drops out of Order Status and Shipment Status.
Catalog Status flags items as "Needs Review" during building?
This often occurs due to safety thresholds in your building settings. For example, if there is a cost difference of 30% or more between two vendors for the same item, Flxpoint will flag the product for manual review to prevent merging incorrect data or case packs with individual units.
