Configuring Vendor SLA Thresholds
Summary
Learn how to set and manage shipment service-level agreement (SLA) thresholds for your sources to track fulfillment performance on your dashboard.
Shipment SLA settings allow you to define the expected number of days a source has to ship an order after receiving a Fulfillment Request. These thresholds power the SLA metrics on your dashboard, helping you identify which vendors or warehouses are meeting their performance requirements and which are falling behind.
You can configure specific SLA thresholds for each of your active sources directly from the dashboard modal. Once a source is configured, it becomes editable, allowing you to adjust performance expectations as your operations scale.
Navigate to the Flxpoint dashboard.
Locate the SLA performance section and open the SLA configuration modal.
Select a source from your list to set its specific shipment threshold (in days).
Save your changes to update the dashboard reporting logic.
To keep your reporting clean and relevant, Flxpoint automatically filters the SLA configuration list based on source status. Sources that have been archived will not appear in the SLA modal. This ensures you are only managing performance expectations for active fulfillment locations.
Note: If you need to set an SLA for a source that is missing from the list, verify that the source is active and has not been archived in the Source Settings.
