General Settings holds your company information, display currency, and packing slip note. Company details feed packing slips, shipping labels, and the Vendor and Reseller portals. The currency setting only changes what is displayed — it does not convert prices.

Prices did not convert after changing the currency
Expected. The currency setting only changes the displayed currency type, not the underlying values. To actually change prices you must update them (for example via pricing rules or a customization).
Where do I update my company information?
Settings gear, General. Enter your values and click Update at the bottom.
Does changing my currency convert my prices?
No. It only changes the currency type displayed; it does not convert any values.
Where does my company logo appear?
In the Vendor and Reseller portals, if you use Vendor or Reseller Management.
What is the packing slip note?
An optional custom message printed on packing slips — often a thank-you to the end customer.
