Welcome to Flxpoint
Summary
What Flxpoint does, how the platform is structured, and where to begin - including the video series that gets you operational fastest.
Flxpoint centralises and automates e-commerce operations by connecting sources (suppliers and warehouses) to channels (storefronts and marketplaces) - managing the full flow of product data, inventory, orders, and fulfillment between them.
AI-powered operations with Flxpoint MCP
The Flxpoint Model Context Protocol (MCP) server allows you to connect your Flxpoint data directly to LLMs like Claude. Once connected via secure OAuth, you can use natural language to search orders, purchase orders, and invoices, or run pre-built analysis workflows like the Source Performance Scorecard (/scorecard) to identify late shipments and profitability gaps.
- Source connects. Supplier or warehouse inventory is imported into Flxpoint - quantities, costs, and product data sync in real time.
- Product catalog builds. Source inventory is merged, enriched, and standardized into a central product catalog. Multi-source items are deduplicated by UPC/SKU.
- Listings publish to channels. Channel-specific listings are created from the catalog and pushed to marketplaces and storefronts with pricing and quantity rules applied.
- Order arrives. Customer places an order on any connected channel - it imports into Flxpoint automatically.
- Routing & fulfillment. Flxpoint selects the best source based on your routing rules and sends a fulfillment request. Tracking syncs back to the channel when the source ships.
Default variant field mapping. You can now configure default mapped variant custom fields within the Product Builder and Listing Builder settings. By defining these default mappings in the UI, you streamline the creation of new products and listings, ensuring that variant-level attributes are automatically populated and standardized as data flows from your master catalog to your sales channels.
