Confirming and Mapping Your Master SKU
Step 2 of onboarding: confirm each imported listing is linked to a Master SKU, or map any that are missing, using bulk CSV import or manual per-listing linking.
Inventory Created/Updated Workflow
The Inventory Created/Updated (ICU) Workflow runs inside each Source after inventory changes and can see reserved stock, letting it set a Custom Aggregate Field to true available quantity: something a Post-Mapping Workflow, which only sees raw feed data, cannot do.
Lists
Lists are reusable collections of values - SKUs, brands, categories, and more - that workflows and rules can reference for bulk management, managed under Account Settings > Mapping Utilities > Lists.
