How to connect - credentials you need
Open the Channel Setup Wizard, click Create Channel, name it (e.g. Best Buy CA) and choose the processes to integrate (Sync Listings, Publish Listings, Get Orders, Sync Orders). Important - read before configuring
Publish creates offers, not product content - the product must already exist on Best Buy CA
Publish Listings creates a seller offer associated with an existing Best Buy CA product by UPC or EAN. Flxpoint does not push titles, descriptions or images. If no product on BestBuy.ca matches the UPC/EAN, offer creation fails.
A wrong UPC will link your offer to the wrong product
Best Buy CA may hold incorrect UPCs, or a supplier may reuse the same UPC across items, so an offer can attach to the wrong product page. Verify the UPC in Flxpoint matches the correct BestBuy.ca listing before publishing and fix any mismatch directly in Flxpoint.
Partial shipments are not supported in Sync Orders
Flxpoint sends shipment information to Best Buy CA only once all non-cancelled items on an order are confirmed shipped. Orders with partial fulfillment will not have tracking pushed until the whole order is complete.
Shipping mappings must be configured before orders import correctly
Shipping Mappings are required for Get Orders - Flxpoint uses them to assign the correct shipping method to imported orders. Check the exact shipping method text on a test Best Buy CA order and map to it precisely in Channel Settings; unmapped methods leave orders on hold.

Supported. Imports any new Best Buy CA orders not yet pulled into Flxpoint. Shipping Mappings are required - pre-select shipping methods in Channel Settings so imported orders are auto-assigned. If orders are not importing, the usual causes are (1) the order status does not match the statuses Flxpoint is configured to import, or (2) the order is older than the Get Orders Created within the last X Days window - increase that window if needed.
Supported. Updates an existing order with tracking information, shipping method and shipping carrier to complete the order lifecycle. Limitation: partial shipments are not supported - Flxpoint passes shipment information to Best Buy CA only when all non-cancelled items have been confirmed as shipped.
Common issues
Publish fails - offer creation error because the product does not exist on Best Buy CA
Flxpoint can only create an offer if a product with the matching UPC or EAN already exists in the Best Buy CA catalog. Search BestBuy.ca directly by UPC to confirm; if it does not exist, the product must be submitted to Best Buy CA through their product onboarding process before Flxpoint can create an offer.
Offer published to the wrong product on BestBuy.ca due to a UPC mismatch
The UPC in Flxpoint does not match the correct product in the Best Buy CA catalog. Delist the offer in Flxpoint first, correct the UPC on the affected listing variant to match the right BestBuy.ca product, then re-publish. Do not re-publish before fixing the UPC.
Price or quantity not updating on BestBuy.ca despite showing "Synced" in Flxpoint
A Synced status means the job finished without an API error, not that the value is live immediately - Best Buy CA can apply a processing delay. If it persists beyond a few hours, confirm the listing is still an active offer on Best Buy CA and that the SKU was actually published to this channel (a SKU never published to a given channel will not update there even if synced).
Get Orders job failing - orders not importing from Best Buy CA
Run Test Connection to confirm the Access Token is still valid, since tokens can expire or be revoked. Confirm the Best Buy CA order status matches the statuses Flxpoint imports, check the Get Orders Created within the last X Days window is not too short, and review the job logs for the specific error.
