Summary

Your billable Total SKU Count is the highest SKU count among Source Inventory, Product Catalog, and Channel Listings — not the sum of all three. Exceeding your plan's allotment can trigger overage fees, so reduce counts by deleting unneeded SKUs and blocking their reimport with Do Not Import rules.
- How it is counted — your billable count is the highest of the three sections, not the sum.
- Calculate Total — check each section's count from the button by the search bar.
- Delete unneeded SKUs — remove discontinued, duplicate, test, or unused SKUs.
- Do Not Import — stop deleted source SKUs from reimporting on the next job.

Every deletion asks you to type “I Understand” and confirm the item count before it runs.
Deleted Source Inventory SKUs keep coming back
An automated Get Inventory Primary job reimports them. Add a Do Not Import rule in the source's Post Mapping Workflow (Step 3): IF <condition, e.g. Brand is Apple> THEN Do Not Import = True. Rules can key off SKU, UPC, Brand, Category, or a List.
A listing stayed live on the channel but stopped updating after deletion
The deleted product was still Linked, so syncs stopped while the channel listing stayed live. Delist the item from the channel first, then delete it in Flxpoint.
How is my Total SKU Count calculated?
