Flxpoint's B2B tools have three parts that work together: Reseller Channels (groups that set pricing, invoicing, and product access), Resellers (your individual B2B customers), and the Reseller Portal (where they log in to order). Payment Providers connect Stripe so you can capture payment on portal orders.
- Reseller Channels — groups that hold shared pricing, invoicing, and product rules.
- Resellers — each B2B customer, assigned to a channel and approved by you.
- Reseller Portal — your branded subdomain where resellers log in and order.
- Payment Providers — connect Stripe to capture payment on B2B orders.
| Piece | Role |
|---|---|
| Reseller Channel | A reseller group. Sets invoicing, pricing, listing selection/quantity, product mapping, and feed frequency. Connects to an external B2B platform via API or to the Flxpoint Reseller Portal |
| Reseller | An individual B2B customer, assigned to a channel (which sets product access and order rules). Can still have reseller-specific invoicing |
| Reseller Portal | The login site your resellers use to browse products, place orders, authorize invoices, and manage payment options |
| Payment Providers | The Stripe integration that lets you capture card/ACH payment for portal orders |

What is the difference between a Reseller Channel and a Reseller?
A Reseller Channel is a group that holds shared pricing, invoicing, and product rules; a Reseller is one B2B customer assigned to a channel.
Do I need more than one reseller channel?
No. If all your B2B customers share the same invoicing, pricing, and product selection, a single channel is enough. Use multiple channels when different groups need different rules.
How do my resellers actually place orders?
Through the Reseller Portal (your branded subdomain) or via API/Inventory Source. See Reseller Portal and Resellers.
