The Reseller Portal is a branded subdomain (companyname.flxpoint.com) where B2B customers can apply to your reseller program, browse your catalog, place orders, save a card on file via Stripe, authorize payments, and manage their own orders. A domain must be configured by Flxpoint before the portal can be used.
- Branded subdomain — companyname.flxpoint.com, set up with Flxpoint.
- Self-service signup — resellers apply and track their approval status.
- Catalog and feed — resellers browse products and download a CSV feed file.
- Checkout and payment — cart checkout with a saved card, powered by Stripe.

I set up a portal URL per customer name
The portal uses a single account-wide subdomain (companyname.flxpoint.com) that all resellers share — it is not per customer. To change it, contact Support to update the subdomain rather than creating one per customer.
The portal link does not work yet
The domain must be configured first. Contact your customer success manager or support@flxpoint.com; once set, the link appears under Account Settings · Resellers.
How do I get my Reseller Portal set up?
A domain must be configured by Flxpoint — contact your customer success manager or support@flxpoint.com. Then view it under Account Settings · Resellers.
Is there a separate portal URL for each reseller?
No. There is one account-wide subdomain that all your resellers use to log in.
Can new resellers be approved automatically?
Yes — toggle auto-approve to Yes in the portal signup settings. Otherwise applications arrive as Pending.
How do resellers pay through the portal?
They save a card on file (via Stripe) and can set auto-authorize to approve charges. Connect Stripe under Payment Providers first.
