Source Inventory
Summary
Source Inventory holds the inventory data from your sources — each SKU’s content, pricing, and quantity — and feeds the Product Catalog and order fulfillment.
The Source Inventory houses the inventory data from your source(s) — each SKU represents an item that can be fulfilled, with its own content, pricing, and quantity. It feeds your Product Catalog, provides pricing and quantity, and acts as the fulfillment item when orders route to a source.

Source Inventory can be searched in two views, each exposing different fields.

A SKU you know exists cannot be found in the grid
Search the Variants view, not just Parents — many fields (pricing, quantity, Bin Location) are variant-level. If it still does not appear, it may be archived or was filtered out by the import workflow.
The quantity in Flxpoint does not match the source
Hover the item’s Available Quantity to check for a Committed Quantity, and confirm a sync has run since the source last changed. A persistent gap with no open orders points to committed stock or a source that is not updating quantity.
What is Source Inventory?
The store of inventory data from your sources. Each SKU is a fulfillable item carrying its own content, pricing, and quantity, and it is what your Product Catalog is built and priced from.
What is the difference between the Parents and Variants views?
Parents groups variants under one record and searches parent-level fields; Variants exposes variant-level fields like pricing, quantity, and Bin Location. You can search parent fields from the Variants view too.
How and when does Source Inventory update?
It refreshes whenever the source’s Get Inventory Primary or Get Inventory Secondary integration runs.
How do I search by UPC, price, or Bin Location?
Use the Variants view, which exposes variant-level fields including pricing, quantity, and Bin Location.
