Summary
Statuses show where each product record stands across Source Inventory, Product Catalog, and Channel Listings, so you can spot broken links, unpublished items, and paused or delisted listings.
OVERVIEW
Statuses show where each record stands across the three stages — Source Inventory, Product Catalog, and Channel Listings. Use them to spot links that failed, products not yet published, and listings that are paused, hidden, or delisted.
SOURCE INVENTORY STATUSES
| Status | Meaning & suggestion |
|---|---|
| Not Linked | Not linked to any product. Ensure the SKU and identifiers match between Source Inventory and Product Catalog. |
| Building | Currently building or updating. Wait for it to finish. |
| Builder Issue | A conflict blocked the build. Review the item for a missing SKU or mismatched identifier, then retry. |
| Linked | Successfully linked to a product. No action needed. |
| Deleting | Being removed. Wait for deletion to finish; re-add if it was a mistake. |
PRODUCT CATALOG STATUSES
| Status | Meaning & suggestion |
|---|---|
| Not Linked | Not linked to any source inventory. Link a source so it can be ordered. |
| Building | Being built or updated. Wait; if it stalls, check the product data. |
| Linked To Some Channels | Linked to some, not all, channels. Link the remaining channels if needed. |
| Linked To All Channels | Linked to every channel. No action needed. |
| Deleting | Being removed from the catalog. Re-add if unintentional. |
CHANNEL LISTING STATUSES
| Status | Meaning & suggestion |
|---|---|
| Broken Link | The product-to-listing link is broken and may stop syncing. Re-establish the link or contact support. |
| Delisted | Removed from the channel. Relist if this was not intended. |
| Hidden | Not visible to customers. Unhide if it should show. |
| No Link Attempted | No link attempted yet. Link the product to channels if you want it listed. |
| Not Published | Not yet sent to the channel. Publish when ready. |
| Paused | Temporarily inactive. Resume to make it available. |
| Published | Live on your channel. No action needed. |

Note: A Builder Issue means rules or a conflict blocked the build. Review the variant's Builder Issues section before rebuilding.
Note: A Broken Link between product and listing can halt price and quantity syncing. Re-establish the link or contact support.
COMMON ISSUES
Products stuck in Builder Issue
Open the variant and review the flagged mismatch. Choose Looks Good, Build Again to accept, or correct the conflicting field (identifier, cost, or brand).
A listing shows Delisted or Not Published unexpectedly
Not Published means it has not been sent to the channel yet; Delisted means it was removed from the channel. Publish or relist if the state was not intended.
